Auswide Caravans

Amrit has provided us with excellent customer service from the very first time we walked in the door. We cannot fault the customer service and after care provided. Brilliant caravan, we absolutely love it - the layout, the colours, the space! Everything in caravan works great, no water leaks, and any design changes were never an issue. If you are considering an Auswide, you wont be disappointed!

We bought our 2 bunk off road van from Auswide Caravans about 3 months ago. It’s been used twice so far and no issues. It travels well behind the car. First time out we had heavy ran while driving and at the destination. There were no leaks which was pleasing. We tested everything and it all worked first time without issue. When building the van nothing was too hard, we got extras like diesel heater, cushion for the table to convert it into a bed, jerry can holders, Bmpro ESC. Nothing was too difficult. These guys are manufacturers so don’t expect the retail experience that you get from a retailer like Jayco which is where our other vans have been from. Make sure you ask for a door blind, I didn’t so had to buy one, make sure you ask for a jack and wheel brace as well. Make sure you allow funds for getting it registered as they provide a permit for you. We had to wait 1 month to get in to vic roads to get it registered so book that appointment early. Had a minor issue with the waterfall bench top but after sales service is brilliant. So many companies nowdays provide no service after they have your money but this isn’t one of them. I recommend you check them out.
