I’ll go out of my way to give a 5 star review if I notice exceptional customer service. Kory, the legend, as well as the manager on site, was extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for me. On a Thursday night too 🤣. Good stuff Rebel Mount Gravatt.

Visited today ‘Rebel Sports’ store and very impressed with there range of high end Nike running shoes. Prices were very competitive and stocked the latest range.

Very impressed with the customer service i received, minimal waiting times and the store overall was very clean and neat and had all the latest range and brands in all sporting areas.

Will definitely be back, had forgotten how good rebel store is.

I'm giving 5/5 stars for Kevin, a dedicated staff member allocated at kids section. We can tell that this Saturday is a super busy day, seemingly since morning as staff all looked tired already by 2pmish. But he still professionally served the customers well (normally they would treat customers rudely in this situation). Despite our son's liked soccer boots were unavailable, Kevin still tried to accommodate by triple checking and searched other Rebels stock availability. So 5/5 great customer service. 2/5 for store stock availability.

Great newly renovated store with new staff, massive section for football, excellent floor staff who are very knowledgable and friendly. PK was helpful & friendly today and was happy to have a chat. 10 points for his customer service skills. I hope they keep up the customer service in this new store unlike in previous visits to this store the service had been touch and go.

In my previous visit a few months, Jordan was very helpful with the netball shoes and explained different aspects of them and comparing with other speciality shoes. There was honest effort in helping out a customer and their needs. Jordan deserves a bit pat on the back.

Great customer service I went in for some new shoes the guy that helped me listens to what I had to say and gave me the right shoes ( sorry it took so long ) and he didn't up sell me or anything thank you to Marcus C for the fantastic help

I came in to buy some runners and Thomas T was such a massive help. Heaps of trial and error for the right fit so I really appreciated all the advice and his patience. Fantastic service

Dealt with Brandon while busy Black Friday Sales were going on. He assisted me on trying to get ahold of a basketball hoop that was on special. When there was none available in Queensland, he advised if within the next week somewhere do get stock, I could contact him back and he would be happy to honor the sale price (promo ended 27/11).
Stock became available at a local store today. Rang and spoke to Brandon who contacted the local store phoned me back and had organised for me to collect the hoop at the sale price tomorrow.

Rang the Mt Gravity store before opening time. An American who I think was called Ross answered my call. He was very helpful. Went out of his way to check the shoes I wanted were in stick. Put them behind the counter. Awesome sales service.

Great store, big range and staff are friendly and helpful.

After walking into Footlocker and being ignored by their sales staff, I went next door to Rebel Sports and was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I required assistance.

Friendly staff and good prices meant Rebel Sports made a $200 sale that could easily have gone to Footlocker if they could be bothered to ask a potential customer how their day is going.

Big shout out to Rebel Sport Garden City! The sole has fallen off my 8 year old son’s Nike soccer boots we got from them only in February. They gave me full credit for a new pair agreeing that 4 months life from a pair of boots isn’t acceptable. Really appreciate their fairness!!

Just bought my shoes here recently. It's worth to visit guys. I highly recommended this place. Their staff are very friendly and very helpful. The prices are very affordable too.

Travelled up the M1 from Gold Coast to buy football boots for my son. Was well worth the visit. Mohamed served us and knew absolutely everything about every boot. He was professional and friendly and helped us make the right decision on what boot was best not only for my sons wide foot but also based on what position he plays in soccer. Well done to Rebel for employing the right person for the job. I hope he is valued by Rebel as much as we valued his time with us today.
