Very good sized store. Reasonably wide isles. Well stocked. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking available onsite. Friiendly staff (though team leader nearby on front desk could have been a little more cheerful, at the time I was there).

Big thank you to Josh who was really helpful and had excellent customer service, item wasn’t on shelf and he offered to go out back and find it for me without hesitation.

This is by far the superior supermarket in Somerville. The store layout is terrific and the staff here are super friendly.
Not often can you find discount meats but you can pick up a bargain at end of nights in the deli.

Lines are typically short however can blow drastically for little to no reason.

Pros: easy layout and friendly staff.

Cons: new staff seem more clueless here than normal. Not a lot of reduced stock

Great variety of products. Large and modern feeling inside. Plenty of room to get around with your trolley without feeling too squashed in even though it's often busy.

Visited the Somerville store on Friday 22/11/19 and was served by Bailey at the checkouts. What a pleasure it was as he is the first person in a long time who knew how to pack bags. Looked at what was on the conveyor and packed accordingly. Cold products together, Heavy items on the bottom and packed the fruit in a way that it was not destroyed. A big pat on the back for this young man. Maybe you should use him to train the others who do not seem to care how your shopping arrives home. Well done Bailey!

One of my favourite shopping places. Coles have all of my needs, great variety and prices.With the cost of living going up Coles still maintaining reasonable prices and a good range of stock 😀

This is the nicest store to shop at, the staff are all helpful and friendly and the store always looks weii stocked. The staff are without doubt the nicest of any store around.

Good stuff no hold ups not like Hastings

Well laid out Coles with wide range of produce and packaged groceries. Have never had a problem product,staff all seem pleasant after years of going here.

Easy to park. Clean store. Good lighting. Shelves well stocked.

Shelves were getting very low on so many things but I was able to get most. Plenty of veggies but meat getting low.

Click and Collect staff member Berni was Amazing. Pleasant, Friendly service.
