5 star for what you sell but ive heard from multiple people you underpay your staff making something like 10 dollars an hour, thats horrible and not living wages defiantly dont work here

I'm not happy that price tags/stickers are different prices than what you charge. Please fix this because it's a problem you always have and when I say something you are rude about it.

Rudest sales lady I have ever had! No customer service at all . Tried, but failed to overcharge me. She claimed a whole section of goods were wrongly priced, even though the price was clearly displayed!! I believe her name is Jenni!

Hi Jenni, the lady who served me was a larger person! I was definitely at Somerville, as I shopped at the butcher and green grocer there. She told me to leave the shop and I returned to my car, with my husband in tears! I have been a loyal customer to your store, and I truly believed if the items I wished to purchase were displayed at a price, then that price should be the one I pay. Thank you for your reply, but I cannot be this upset again, therefore I will shop elsewhere. Stay safe.

Today I visited this shop and they had a sign up frames 50% off after looking in one aisle I went to the next one and was looking at the frames, I asked one of the staff by the name of Loretta if those frames were 50% off also, she then very rudely said, can you see a sign on then. So very rude. I was very shocked at the way she spoke to me.

Stay well clear of this retailer. Customer service is awful and quality of their stock is just as bad. Went to return an item that was faulty and they refused to exchange it.

Rudest lady ever worst sales person! Won't be going back!!
