My elderly father who struggles with road directions was told that he "couldn't be served" since he had mistaken the entry point to the service lane. After casually explaining that he would happily drive around after the slight mishap (during a period where only one other car was present), Tracy told him that she would absolutely not serve him. This is disgusting.

Went in after a long day, accidentally went entered from the wrong entrance, even after apologizing to them the two ladies behind the counter with long brown and black hair told me that if I didn't see th signs I shouldnt be driving and I have to go somewhere else because they refuse to serve me.
After walking back to my car I heard them laughing to themselves and making jokes about how they turned me down.
Appalling attitude especially on Christmas Eve.
Wouldn't ever recommend.

Came down from Queensland to see Family in Sommerville, Accidentally turned down the exit street, parked to walk in.
Woman named Tracy had a foul attitude and told us that we were not able to be served because we entered through the exit.Co-worker Rachel gave a foul mouthed reply when asked why it was not allowed since we didnt walk through the exit. We felt embarrassed and singled out as they voiced their putrid opinions on us as a whole in front of customers.

Says open but is clearly closed...
