I ordered coffee from drive through, so I didn't go inside of the building. But it was excelent to be able to order real brewed coffee at 3am on Monday! They had soy and almond milk option as well.

All I have to say is the McDonald's crew here are beyond amazing! Thoughtful and kind!!! They took extra care for my food tonight with so much ease, when I mentioned I was pregnant and it came out so hot & delivered from the most lovely staff! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this McDonald's! I really appreciated the care and friendliness I revcieved! Plus the food was perfect!

Great service and very fast. Our food was on the counter when we walked in. It hadn't been there long though because we'd only just ordered. We received extra sweet and sour sauce and plenty of serviettes to boot.

Our go to....quick pick up and drive

This is the first time ever, that I can recall, from the many Maccas stores I’ve been to, with very young people working them, that I say these team was working over and above. It was fantastic team work.
At a guess, under the instructions of the slim young man with a checkered shirt, and possibly the lass with the dreads, as they communicated very well with the rest of the staff.

Most impressive was there was a short power outage, and both did a safety check on staff, WHILE continuing to do orders (very swiftly I add- in fact I was very impressed to watch this young man work so fast!)

So all in all, they all deserve appraisal for tonight’s efforts, and I hope the management does so.

We wanted to order some chips because guy next to us was eating it in the car while driving….. we stopped at this maccas so we can get some large chips! Wow we got lucky! Chips were fresh and person putting in the chip box was very generous! Chips were over flowing out of box! Thank you 🙏🏿 we had short burst of happiness.

Serves food, best Macca's coffee. Drive through will flood during heavy rain, but don't let that stop you..

I was served by a lovely girl named Maddy around 1:30 today and the service she provided was wonderful and she was very friendly and welcoming. My food was very fresh and hot, she knew I had an earlier order with drinks so she offered me a cup tray for my desserts. Perfect service and would definitely recommend.

Just wrapped up what I'm gonna say is the BEST McDonalds I've ever had. The nuggets where crisp and crunchy, the big mac was hand crafted to perfection it seemed. Absolutely perfect, credits to the chef working Tuesday at around 7:30pm, seriously next level Maccas. Great work guys 10/10

Lovely, polite and friendly workers who had a lovely two part greeting and farewell. Food was hot and fresh. Very impressed., we did have to park but only for about 2 minutes. We live in langwarrin and would travel to Chelsea Heights any day of the week for fast food like that. Thank you!

Always clean. Great service. Huge playground.

The staff at this McDonald's are very helpful and went out of their way to help me negotiate the new ordering system. It means a lot to us older people 😀 The menu is also becoming more healthier. I especially liked the Grilled Chicken snack wrap. I'm not sure how their fries rate but they sure taste good 😀

Fast service and accurate order delivery. Chai latte needed more mixture (tell me why is this not standardised seriously. They just throw in whatever the individual person thinks is good with no reference to an actual measurement) but everything else was spot on. The lady taking my order was super friendly and bright and happy but the one giving the food out decided she was too good to make eye contact. Maybe she was having a bad day idk.

The late drive through Lady is always lovely and friendly! Always look forward to seeing her. 14 years she told me she has been working there which is great innings 🙂

Mcflury was amazing the mcstaff were Nice and overall the food was mcmazing. Place was mcclean. 10/10

Ronald you've done it again

Been a long time since I had good fries from a Maccas, went through drive thru pretty quick and just got a frozen coke and French fries. It may seem little to warrant writing a review, but the French fries were fresh, with not to much salt, and the frozen coke wasn’t frozen solid like it is from other McDonald’s. Overall, very pleased with their pace, service and food.
