The wines I have received from Mate's Wines are always delightful and deliver the quality that Garry, our Mates Wine rep, suggests. The service provided by Garry and the company is excellent and I can highly recommend the wines and the service.

I have been most pleased with the quality of the wines provided by Mates wines. The price is very reasonable for fine wines and their specials make it even better value. I also recommend joining their club as the free dozen provided was surprisingly good.
Compared to other wine clubs I have used in the past Mates wines gives much better value.

I received a cold call from Brian who was very friendly and helpful so I tried a couple of boxes and was not disappointed. The wine with delivery was very well priced (in the $15 per bottle range) and postage was quick.

When I had the wrong product delivered it was promptly sorted so I am confident the return guarantee would be honored if you chose to use it.

I have purchased 3 times with the same positive experience. There is a club option covering postage and some free bottles and I recommend taking advantage of that, it will pay for itself quickly.

I had bought this for an exclusive dinner party with special guests. evening perfectly. Everyone was in love with the taste. They are refreshing and my treat to myself. I do not to wait everything is just absolutely great about this place the price the variety and taste - pure excitement.

I had a very good experience with Garry with everything he said it all came together and what he recommended was very good he knows what he is talking about I will buy wine again from Garry anytime.

I would give 5 stars but I disapprove with the excessive packaging used to protect the wines in transit. I understand they are protecting against breakage in transit but the packaging actually make the carton flimsy and defeats the purpose of all the individual bottles packaging. It becomes frustrating, time consuming and messy having to physically remove the packaging before you can enjoy the wines received

Repeatedly asked them to stop calling me yet they still persist. Was happy to give them my business previously but they’ve become incredibly pushy over the phone in their sales “only taking 30 seconds of my time” then launching into a long winded sales pitch, approach. Incredibly frustrating that they continue to contact me after I’ve spoken to several of their employees and asked to be removed from their contact list. Then to be followed up by a grovelling email wanting another chance, which was ignored. Then to be called again. Totally burnt. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be hounded to buy wine for the rest of your life…

It’s sad because the wine wasn’t all bad.
