The shop staff here are really fantastic. Friendly, helpful, actually know the products very well. And the shop is very tidy and well kept. Great job guys, I hope your management appreciates how good you are.

I did shop at the opposition, but am now a Katmandu fan. The staff are happy, smiling, experienced in the products, I feel I am just not a number, but a valued customer. The clothing lines are great, the store is welcoming and it is a nice experience to be greeted through the door. I highly recommend this store for all your outdoor supplies.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a wonderful shopping experience. I was assisted by Jemma yesterday in store and she went over and above in helping me. She was across all the products and took time to explain there functionality. An absolute credit to the Kathmandu business and brand …will be back with my husband to further shop for him soon.

If I could give more stars I certainly would. Firstly I’d like to say that the range of products and quality are amazing but what really makes this store outstanding is Jared. What a star! Absolute excellence in customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought true customer service had long since disappeared but Jared has kept the fires burning. Well done!

Liked the new store layout, and the range of gear & colours seems to have improved since our last visit. Staff were very helpful and we concluded our search for new NGX waterproof jackets pretty quickly. List prices were $250/jacket but after discounts $99/jacket - how good was that! Walked out very happy.

Fantastic service! My wife and I are heading overseas for 3 weeks and had no clue where to start. We were looked after incredibly by Ajit. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable, and sorted everything out for us. Will definitely be back!

I had just walked out of Anaconda through zero service from its staff so wandered across the road into Kathmandu. What a pleasure that was! Met by a very friendly Sasha who was welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We ended up spending having a shopping spree in their. Awesome staff who know their stuff. We found the price very good and in fact for the hiking shoes we bought they were the same as Anaconda or better. Certainly a much nicer experience, we will be back

We regularly purchase items from Kathmandu at kawana. The staff are always helpful and have great knowledge on the products. Shout out to Jarad who was a massive help recently when buying in store! The products at Kathmandu always last a long time and recommend them for the quality of the items!

Service received by Nathan yesterday was outstanding. Plenty time given to discuss products suited to my needs, not a sale pitch but genuine helpful information / recommendations . Feeling more confident purchasing the right equipment/clothing, thanks !

Recently bought a clearance item from Kathmandu Kawana over the phone. The transaction was completed very efficiently and the item was posted to me quickly. The store manager, Nathan, also went above and beyond normal expectations by including in the parcel handwritten notes and care instructions that he had printed off the net. Great service.

Just visited my local and favourite Kathmandu store here at the Homcentre, Kawana, to buy some clothes and accessories for our Russia trip in September this year.
I went in principally to purchase a few different sized packing cells on the advice from our travel agent.
Well I came out with a few extra items which I realise I need anyway, thanks to the great friendly service, and excellent knowledge of travel clothing from store sales lady Sasha.
Sasha knows her travel and active wear business, and was happy to offer advice and alternate options.
A real asset to the company I believe.

Went to Kathmandu yesterday to buy hiking boots to walk the Queen Charlotte Track in December. When we entered the store we were approached straight away by Rory. I had done some research online on different boots but was open to what I would purchase. Rory asked me questions to establish what things were important to me, so that he could understand my needs . He was very patient while I tried on several boots ensuring I got the fit and feell I was after. I eventually chose Oboz Bridger because of it's wider fitting. I really appreciated Rory's help, he was absolutely brilliant. After leaving Kathmandu we went into the store opposite, there were 5 staff standing around chatting about a display they were putting together, not one of them approached us.... we had to ask for assistance
The service between the 2 stores was poles apart. Well done Kathmandu.
