Shane, Katie and Lily! What an incredible trio! Lily helps me in the plant shop like a star; Katie is the smiliest friendliest checkout experience in town and Shane - what can I say? He is so knowledgeable about where products are, it’s clear he keeps things ticking over, but he’s a gentleman helping me load my potting mix in the car because my back is no good any more. Love shopping at Lanhams because of staff like these three. Here’s how my planters turned out today guys.

I love shopping at Mitre 10 in Nambour! Everyone there is so helpful and happy and they always make shopping there an absolutely pleasure. Yesterday I was assisted by Shane, Lilly and Katie and they made my day, I was literally laughing out loud and I couldn’t stop smiling for the rest of the day! Thank you so much to your amazing team 💚

Firstly from when I phoned the store to see if they stocked an item , Adele was very helpful. Then I went to the store to purchase it and was assisted by Emma and Shane , both staff members went above and beyond to help me.

The staff that I interacted with in store today were fantastic. Shane, Katie, Louis and Mark went above and beyond ! The extra effort they showed was greatly appreciated. Best thing about it is that it’s my local hardware store.

I went to this store today looking for advice on unblocking a drainage pipe in my garden ,and, thankfully, a lovely young man, Tom, came to my rescue, found me the drain cleaning drum auger he recommended, and he then explained, and showed me , how to use it as this Granny can get a bit confused at times (!).
I was more than impressed by his customer service 💯

Best Mitre 10 I have ever seen. Massive range, friendly staff, good garden section, prices on timber are good! Also includes a Kings Camping store inside the Mitre 10 and a Stihl section.

Went to buy some hardware stuff, one of the Assistance whose name is louie was absolutely brilliant and helpful and very professional if you need help ask for him

I’ve started shopping here weekly as I’m doing my house renovations - the staff are excellent! I’ve recently been dealing mostly with Shannon and Tom (there are others too however I don’t know their names) and they are fantastic! Thanks all!!

Very different from a normal hardware store, it had everything you need for normal hardware plus ovens, kitchen utensils, homewares. A well thought out layout and easy to get around. Has a well stocked paint section and garden. Friendly, helpful staff make it a fun experience.

Every time my wife and I go into that store we have always been met with a warm friendly greeting. Yesterday was no different. The young man at the counter had a laugh and enjoyed a bit of a joke I made, then Matt took over and sorted out our decking timbers and screws with nice conversation along the way. He was our hero as, from our measurements he helped work out the correct number of planks we needed. He then cut the planks for us to carry on our car. He even cut some to length for the job, which fitted perfectly. (Thanks Matt). Today they are putting on a breakfast for trades I believe. Don't spoil them too much Mitre 10, they will only get used to it. Just joking, as what a nice gesture to show gratefulness for trades people's loyalty. 10 out of 5 stars to you all at Mitre 10 Nambour.

The new premises is fantastic. Better than those green temples to false hardware gods to the South, with a better feel to the store and the staff are more attentive and helpful without projecting any pressure. I found most pricing very reasonable if not better than expected. Parking is a huge improvement over the former Court and Riley Road premises.

Walked in this morning was greeted by Jeremy who could not do enough for me. He made great suggestions and knew his stuff. Way better than the competition.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a huge range of products of all type of Hardware from Gardening to DIY. Great shopping experience!

I have been impressed with every shopping experience I have had since the move to the new site, a change from the old store. I phoned on a Sunday with a paint query, I spoke with Chloe and her phone manner was pleasant but business like, giving me the product knowledge I was after. Same when I entered the store, I received excellent service, also from another member of staff who helped me carry my purchases to the car. Thank you for employing young people.

My wife was waiting for me just away form the counter with a full trolley while I checked on a piece of equipment that I was thinking of replacing in my business.
A young man came across and offered her assistance through the checkout and down to the car. She pointed me out as I was walking back and thanked the young man.
I have been offered the same courtesy more than once and I’m a 110 kg tradie, even if I am on the wrong side of sixty.
Now I’ve known this hardware store since it was a sawmill owned by Lanhams in the sixties and I only shop somewhere else because they don’t have what I need.
I can get better prices sometimes, but rarely do I see better or as consistent service.
Well done gentlemen and ladies alike.

I have just have had undoubtedly the best customer service experience ever in my life today. I was served by 4 people including the store manager and Bronte. They went to exceptional lengths to help me. And it was all so I could return a bathroom vanity (after a complicated and not so helpful experience at another Mitre10 store) so they were not going to make any money. Everyone was just so kind and supportive and Bronte's skills in customer service exceeds anything I've experienced anywhere (and I've shopped in many countries around the world). A BIG thank you to Bronte, the manager and the rest of the team.

Have always found the service to be excellent here. Recently purchased a mower that did not meet my expectations and wanted a brand they didn't have. No problem. Full refund and all in good spirit to ensure a happy customer. Carey's care and attention was amazing. Well done to all concerned and thank you.
