This shop is the best, I am regular customer here. I am kids party entertainer, and I really love this place, because I can find here nearly everything what I need. They always have price for every item what really important for me, because my budget not infinitive))
Workers here super polite and nice. I will keep coming here over and over again, and hope they will never move place.

Good shop, nice workers, lots of stuff. Might be a bit uncomfortable to reach some, but it's not that big of a deal. Everything else is good. Cheap and lovely

I am infuriated with this store as me and my colleague were browsing at the items and got unlawfully accused by the lady at the front counter as she blamed us for stealing a ball pump worth $2, as we came out to the front after she threatened to call security we proved to her we had nothing in our hands, pants, pockets etc. then she acts like it’s nothing to worry about the next minute. I am disgusted and will never be returning to this disgraceful store again

horrible rude employees accused me of stealing and made me so uncomfortable i left.i got into trouble for yelling when i was talking quietly.and they kept checking in on us and if we didn’t respond in time they would be rude and say “hello??” as we entered and left they death stared us. never come here

The Ladies inside talking about customers in Indian language , very bad attitude .
They just disrecpect the customers . One middle aged rude lady always on the phone , I really hate her today . No customer service at all ..always makes you feel so uncomfortable and annoyed .I hope she will see this review .

Im deeply disappointed while I was shopping i was unlawfully accused of stealing a $2 ball pump while killing time looking at the merchandise the lady at the counter started yelling at me and my friend and said she was calling security. This review comes after a few trips and consistently unfortunate service.
- Poor shop quality and stock.
- Shamed and embarrassed a child for a spill.
- Arrogant and distant "service"
+ Plenty of generic craft items
very little traditional media products.
- Employees taking personal calls mid service.
+ Plenty of choice regarding incense and pagan practice items
Very disappointed, definitely has room for improvement.

This store needs to be merchanised! You have items everywhere!!! If you are to put items on a top shelf where customers cannot reach, the very least you could do, is be polite (not such a moody, arrogant piece of work) an help. I was also able to stand on a bottom shelf an reach for the item from the top shelf but I'm sure that breaches WH&S procedures as the whole bloody bay could very well fall!!!
Employ someone that appreciates the job not one that is going to push away your customers!! We will not be back!!! Would rather use woolworths next door!

Closed 30 minuets before it says they do. They need to change that.
