I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from Mekela. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of running shoes. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were evident as she listened attentively to my needs and offered insightful recommendations. I had a really positive experience yesterday when looking to buy new shoes. I wear orthotics so had them with me, and I as served by Aidan who was so very knowledgeable and patient. I tried on a number of pairs of shoes and felt I had full attention and care.

Bought some asics nimbus 26 platinum today, very happy with them testing out at gym. Was served by Jett and even though very busy in the store he helped me out as quickly as possible while helping other, great service, thanks

Harrison was so helpful when I phoned the store last night about Converse shoes. He went out of his way to give me advice and
was so friendly! He is doing your brand proud Rebel!

Just had Megan help my daughter fit and then source a product that was not in this store she was absolutely fantastic and went way above any other sales person. Well done Megan.

So very impressed with the staff in this store! My cousin had a fault smartwatch. They wasted no time in helping him get it sorted! Offering him a replacement or even changing brands. The choice was his.

Very knowledgeable and will help even during the Christmas rush.

Aidan was awesome when helping my 5 year old pick out some new trainers today. Super friendly & seemed to know the shoe styles off the top of his head when getting his size.

Apparently they got the sportswear I needed! Got myself new shoes and new gear for running they made sure that I got the best deal

Myself and my daughter were looked after by Jett from the Chermside Rebel in the basketball shoe area. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service he provided, trumping all shoe shops in the shopping centre, actually all of the shops in the shopping centre. He was knowledgeable, welcoming & patient which left me very impressed. I hope this review finds him well, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for being such an outstanding employee. Thank you for making my shopping experience a pleasure.

I had a fantastic experience with Rebel Sport at Chermside’s customer service. The young guy in the women’s shoe area today was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me in exchanging shoes I had purchased a week ago for a better fit. Thanks for the great customer service!

Excellent service from Gabby with some of the weightlifting accessories for my son today - very knowledgeable and friendly.
A real welcome change to see staff who know what they’re talking about and have an interest in what’s they’re selling. I managed to get an end of season special too! Great experience all around.

Staff were very helpful when I wanted to buy some Redcliffe Dolphins NRL clothing. I walked away with a shirt and training shorts. Both fit perfectly.

Very helpful staff! And great selection of shoes! We went to Rebel sports to buy new trainers and school shoes for my son. The staff was very helpful in getting the right sizes and colour. I also got some running socks and a running vest. I really cannot stress this enough, the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, it was so refreshing to go there
