Sheridan Outlet Jindalee

I have bought Sheridan for 40 years. The quality of fabric & crafting is exceptional. It is the first time I have ever been to a Sheridan Outlet Store. I was most impressed with Jindalee. Light & spacious with a good selection of product & sizing. Hannah who served me was excellent. She greeted me had good product knowledge & gave exceptional customer service. I was most impressed.

I had the best customer service today from the male who greeted me as soon as i walked in. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was in search of a gift and he offered a few items and explained their benefits and prices with the 60% off. I left the store fully satisfied and looking forward to my next visit to this store. I am very impressed with the service I received today. I've been looking for a burgundy red quilt cover for over a month now, and the gentleman today has been the first person from any bedding store to inform me that it's very seasonal and either all places have it at once or none at all. He then pointed out other options and honestly, I think he was more passionate about making my room look it's best than what I am! Sheridan staff are really helpful in colour matching & providing the right products that aren't always obvious to me. Great selection, always good quality & specials that really are value.
