Cotton On Carindale

The staff here are so friendly. They always go above and beyond to help me out whenever I come here. Customer service like this seems rare these days but it truly flourishes here. It’s always well stocked with all the items. Special shout out to the team member in the active department here on Thursday. She really went out of her way to help me out when she was busy. I’m very thankful!

We had the best customer service experience here today in the change rooms.
Gigi was absolutely lovely, it was really busy today there was not a change room empty. Gigi went above and beyond to get different sizes and check stock in other stores. She was thoughtful in placing my 12yo and I across from each other to make it easy for us to see each others outfits. Everything was kept tidy & organised and she made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.

literally the nicest people i’ve met in retail, they helped me try to get the right size for pants, search if there were any left, and made small talk and was overall very nice. Gigi (i think her name is) was super nice and did all mentioned above.

From my time shopping with the cotton on group I have never experienced such high service as I did from the young lady with pink hair. Not only did she assist me perfectly finding what I needed but also serve me with a strong bubbly and friendly attitude that truely made me want to come shop here again! Thank you for a great experience~

A great store to bag a bargain, their sales are absolutely worth checking out, $5 shoes which look and feel amazing. The staff are always friendly, helpful and happy. The changing rooms are quite small, I find them to be a bit too dark and gloomy. It actually makes it harder to see in the mirror - so I avoid using them. If Cotton On improved their changing area, I'm sure people would buy even more.

The team at cotton on Carindale today were so sweet. Lance was particularly helpful and their customer service was amazing. Their personality was so vibrant and made mine and my sisters day!
