Had a really good experience, staff was really cooperative, Louis N. Was really good, hể helped us find a shoe which I really wanted but it was last pair but he get that for us, really appreciated thanks.

My partner experienced some of the worst customer service imaginable at Hype DC, and when she went to footlocker they were helpful, knowledgeable and even offered 10% off because of the poor service and how stresses she was. Customers for life now

They helped me exchange a online order, and where excited about shoes, well suited staff

I've been shopping at this store for many years, recently Josh has been my go to guy when I first met him to buy 6 pairs of shoes. He has been excellent to deal with and a top bloke. Hopefully more exclusive products come available such as the new 4d range etc however the store is well stocked and clean.. keep up the good work.. :)

I have severe anxiety and there are times that my mind is all mumbled up sometimes, so today i was having a real hard time deciding what i want, what size i am, oof! i was a mess..anyway this guy who was working at the entrance at the time noticed how pathetic i looked, and helped me through all the way...even figuring out what my size was😂 and what color suited me..long story short, he was very relatable and he helped me calm down...its a shame i didnt get his name but yeah ...hey you, Thanks a million🙃

Found the customer service great from younger guy called Jedd and rest of the staff seemed friendly too. Agree the store could be a bit bigger but actually find they usually have more stock with regards to shoes than some of the bigger stores. Less clothes than other stores but who goes to footlocker for the clothes? Go online for clothes, they're cheaper.
