Fantastic customer service, friendly staff. Staff really know what books to reccomend and have a vast collection of books. Staff went out of their way to find a specific book that was not on the shelf for my friend. Overall a fantastic and awesome book shop for all level of readers.

Really helped me out, they were about to close but let me in to buy a last minute christmas present and were super helpful when I didn’t even know what I was looking for myself. Even insisted on wrapping it when they could have just let me go so they could go home. Great service

Living outside of Sunbury, I would go out of my way to go here to purchase books in the future for both school and recreational. Outstanding service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

When buying my last book from Booktopia my book went astray. I waited several months and much later obtained a refund from them. I later acquired the book from the TS Bookshop in Melbourne.
Since then I have ordered my books from Collins Booksellers in Sunbury who are very helpful and reliable.
I currently have a book on order with them.The cost is comparable to Booktopia and they will call me when it arrives. Also they are just a 20 minute drive from home, so less stress and much more convenient. I highly recommend them.
