OMG what a store manager ALEX you are a fine example of how a manager should deal with a faulty unit. We took our Ecoflow Wave 2 back to the store after it developed a fault. The lovely young lady (sorry I didn’t get your name) at the till listened to what we said and replied “No worries, I will get the store manager to come and see you” Within one minute, Alex arrived, greeted us with a huge smile and asked what the issue was. He listened carefully and then said “You know what, I will simply take the unit off you and replace it immediately” Within 5 minutes he was back with the new unit, sorted out the transaction on the account and away we went! This is how every retail manger should deal with clients that have purchased something that develops a fault. Well done Alex (And the lovely young lady at the till) keep up the fantastic customer service a fine 10/10 to you both 👍🏻😀

10/10 service by all the team here! Came in looking to set ourselves for a fishing trip and Sean sorted us out with all the gear and insights we needed! Great customer service from everyone and shout out to Harry too!

The layout is tight but functional. At my last visit there seemed to be a lot of new staff but that did not stop them from making my experience very enjoyable. Everybody was good-natured and helpful which obviously makes things easy. I found everything I wanted in under ten minutes which is a credit to everybody there.

Honestly the level of service and friendliness is outstanding. From the minute you walk in and are greeted. This review is from many many a time coming into this amazing store. Anaconda should be so proud of all staff at this store they are outstanding!

Ben was fantastic and that’s an understatement. I was chasing a Jarvis walker combo, but with his expertise he quickly pointed me towards the Stella paired with a casting series grappler to equip me in catching all the bream which inhabit my local creek. Can’t speak high enough of his customer service. Will definitely be returning to buy my dji drone shortly. Thanks Ben.

Good variety of gear and friendly staff. A young lady sold me a travel bag, was quite impressed with her knowledge. Prices are average but the 10% price-beat makes up for it.

Can I just say, the service received at this store was phenomenal. Eilish was polite, professional, definetly knew her products and took the time to help fit the correct shoes and jacket to prepare me coming into the colder months! Will definetly shop there again!
