Ordered something I usually buy from my local health food store and it arrived within 3 days! I didn’t pay for express and even with shipping it was cheaper than I usually pay! Thanks for a great customer experience. I will definitely be a regular customer….

Phragos has been supplying me with a Superfood product for over two years now. Their website is very efficient, and the Parcel Post is always within the estimated delivery time.

Edited my review, to be fair the product arrived and within a reasonable time frame. A little longer than I expected but nothing too out there. I don't know if the other reviewers didn't bother to come back and edit their reviews after they received the items. They also were the only ones that have the stock. Would have been nice to receive an email response. I gave them benefit of the doubt and I will likely purchase again from them. If you are refilling your supps in advance, perhaps order a month before you need it

Phragos Health and Beauty regrettably failed to deliver my purchase in its entirety, leaving out a key item I had paid for in full. Mistakes such as these do happen, so I contacted Phragos to report the issue hoping it would be resolved promptly. After multiple emails sent, I'm yet to receive any response from the business. As an individual who likes to support Australian businesses, I am disappointed to say that I would likely not trust Phragos nor shop here again. I do hope that in future they can improve upon their customer service and deliver all items customers have paid good money for.

Unfortunately for Phragos Health and Beauty this is one customer who will not be returning.
After spending over $266.00 and numerous emails enquiring to the whereabouts of my order, I still had not had a response from Phragos.
Upon checking their website the product that I ordered was out of stock. Phragos states that they will respond to emails within 24 hours..... 24 hours of never
After a month of no contact I reported back to PayPal...(thank goodness for PayPal!)
Within 2 days I received a full refund via PayPal
It is such a pity that there are companies like Phragos operating on the internet who have no integrity, no customer service, no repect for their customers, so buyers beware, if you are thinking of trying you luck to purchase an item make sure you pay via PayPal.

Buyer beware! The promised 2-3 days shipping is false advertising, Follow up phone calls, emails, texts were ignored and only when threatened with Police action did I receive a auto generated email notifying of order pick up by courier. It was another 4 days wait before parcel finally came (yet I live only 20 mins from their warehouse). Kicking myself for not checking the reviews before ordering....a lesson well learnt. Will not shop here ever again.

After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive, I emailed asking for my items to be cancelled. Eventually I received an automated email which indicated my tracking had been updated - but after 3 days, my item still hasn’t been sent; it’s just waiting to be processed. I have sent three emails and had no direct communication from anyone. I’m really disappointed. I have requested a refund through PayPal.

I wouldn't even give this place a star if possible. Dishonest and deserves to be reported to the authorities.

Ordered online, still waiting after almost 2 months. No tracking, no updates, sent multiple emails and never got a single response. Very upsetting and I agree with the others to never order from this company again.

Please think twice and read all the reviews and feedback. Finding all the highly rated reviews here very sus. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Did not send me products, waited over a month and a half. Demanded refund then put a claim through PayPal to get it refunded. If you paid through PayPal with these frauds you can get refunds !!

Just don't. Placed an order six weeks ago, Australia Post can't find it. Told me to contact Phragos first for assistance. Three emails and still no response, even though their web page says they get back to you within 48 hours. No phone number. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The item sent to me was faulty, so contacted the staff 5 times, but no answer after 6 months.

Non existent customer service.

What a shame these kind of business exist. They just take your money & ignore you.

I picked click and collect thinking that it would only take a couple of days and I could pick it up. 2 weeks later it's ready and I'm back at work and can't pick in up because I work Monday to Friday in the city. I have asked them to cancel my order and get an email saying it's ready to pick up. I have emailed them again but don't think I'm gonna get anywhere. Will not recommend this business to anyone.
