BIG W Upper Mount Gravatt

One of the biggest Big W that I've been to. Love the garden section and the plants. They have a huge selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for everyone at affordable and reasonable prices. Attractive displays, fully stocked shelves good customer service, wider aisle, refreshing and clean look and heaps of bargain items makes exploring and shopping here, a joy.

I think its a very under staffed store unfortunately...
It's hard to find a team member for assistance sometimes.
However there's a young man that works there named Mate.
His name sounds different to how it is spelled however.
We have met him a few times now in store and he is just absolutely amazing!..
He's so professional and helpful and is always happy to go out of his way to help you in any way possible.
We actually look for him when going into the store as we know he's always very happy to help us.
He works in different areas and is so knowledgeable about everything.
Thankyou so much Mate for all your help with everything when we see you..

Bought a portable gas cooker and a box of gas cylinders needed to operate the gas cooker. In and out quickly staff friendly and helpful always better if you know what you want would recommend to family and friends

A fabulous selection of clothing. Great quality, designs and colours. So much better than comparable stores.

I walked into store looking for a present to buy my mum for her birthday. I had absolutely no clue what to get her but this lovely employee named jett helped me and showed me some ideas. He was a very polite young gentlemen who helped a person who needed it. He is a great employee and such a great role model to the younger staff and kids in the store.

I can usually find what I need in this store with plenty of specials each time I turn up. Easy to find my way around and staff are fast and friendly. Always my first 'go to' for homewards and women's day wear.

It's one of my fav big w stores. The staff are the best, and the store almost is always stocked up with the essentials and extras. Keep it up, please, guys xxxx

Great range of products at a good price

Had what I wanted and I was able to get in and out quickly. I like that they have the checkouts at the exit not in the middle.

A great store to get all of the basics and also a few very well priced surprises. Not too difficult to find a helpful staff member. It's not difficult to find something for everyone here and not break the bank. The bonus is that the checkouts are near the front of the store. The cashier in the middle of other stores is a total pain
