Sunbury Costumes are amazing!!!. The level of customer service is second to no one. The staff go above and beyond to help their clients. They really went out of their way to help my Daughter complete her Halloween costume. Answering our call on a Sunday and allowing us to pick up the item.
We won't be going anywhere else for our costumes!

Me and a group of friends have a dress up 21st this weekend and as usual we’re very unorganised leaving it to the last minute, we then looked up Sunbury costumes and I managed to get in touch with Tan, she answered my call straight away and not to mention it was at 7.30. Tan goes absolutely above and beyond for her customers and made the experience so easy, within 10 minutes we all had costumes and are very excited! I can’t thank Tan enough for her Amazing customer service she really cares about what she does and I will definitely be returning when I need a costume. Thank you Tan you are lovely.

My husband Kevin and I were blown away by Tania's above and beyond customer service. Not only did she manage to sort out costumes for us at very short notice, but she actually dropped them off to us yesterday to be sure we had them in plenty of time for tonight's party. Costumes are great and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!

I couldn't find a costume for my 10 year old son anywhere, who is having a birthday soon and I wanted to make it special for him while we are in lockdown.
I rang Tania who bought Sunbury Costumes just over a year ago. She gave me a few alternatives and the costume she suggested was far better than the one I was searching for.
She really knows her customers and product.

With contactless payment and pick up also made it easy and safe shopping.
