Amazing tea selection, so keen to see all kinds of different varieties, your staff were so friendly and I'm keen to come back and keep buying more teas from your wonderful store

The girls in store are always so helpful. The prices are also very reasonable. I have been going to this store for a few years and no matter who serves me I have been treated with kindness and respect. The staff have always been willing to help with any health related questions and I appreciate their kindness very much.

Wouldn't shop anywhere else.
The owner or store manager is a legend of a bloke and his product knowledge and honesty is top grade, has never lead me a stray. Won't force overpriced products on you and will find what's right for you personally.
The prices are very reasonable and the service is always top notch. Wouldgive 6 stars if I could. Thank you for your great service always!

Nice that they have options for health nuts and conscious consumers. Prices are quite a lot higher than comparable options online and offer a small range. Biggest downside: essentially no returns so be very careful about your choice or be burned.

Bitterly disappointing service. If I could leave half a star I would have! I purchased a product on 30/09, to return it unused, unopened less than 24 hours later., to be told "change of mind is not a reason to return a product".
I work in customer service, and change of mind is 100% a reason to return a product. I'm utterly appalled that this type of service both exists, and continues to see a business function. Gone are the days of going above and beyond for customer retention and honouring repeat service. I will NEVER shop at any of these franchised stores again, which is a true shame on the woman working at Indooroopily store today, as she has essentially cost other franchisees their future business. I could see as I approached from her outset how miserable she was to be there, however I had hoped her ability to provide great service wouldn't be impacted by this, of which I was wrong. It's really unfortuante that she allows her attitude and distaste within herself to flow onto her service and the stores customers. Clearly from the immense amount of terrible reviews this store has received, this is not news to them. I only wish I had seen these reviews before giving them my custom for the last 2 years. Dont waste your time, go to health squared!

Visited the cafe this morning for brekkie. I was asked to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly.
That shortly was fast approaching 15mins and there was still no sign of anyone coming over to take my order. Seems that they were all preoccupied with the service at the window.
I eventually got fed up and decided to leave. On leaving, one of the girls said "Thanks for coming, hope you enjoyed your meal"
They were that oblivious!!

Most items are overpriced, you can find the same items at a store 100 metres away (health squared) for at least 10% less. Also, they don’t offer refunds so you’re trapped with any purchase you make. Beware.

Staff have their own agenda and missed vital clues in what I said.
Prices are expensive.
Based on my experience, go to Health Squared instead which is further along the on the same floor. Cheaper and genuine service.

Very rude staff member who was trying to push their opinion of my diet onto me instead of helping me with the product I was inquiring after. No respect or kindness, only judgemental and unhelpful.

The owner of this store Franco, is extremely disrespectful. After having a product thrown at me today I will never shop at this store again. Franco should not be working in customer service. Disgusting service.
