We always have great service at Chempro Norfolk Village. They all go out of their way to be helpful and Kylie always has a bright and cheerful disposition which lifts all those who come into the store, even when we are not at our best. Thank you for your service with a smile.

Good local chemist. I normally call ahead for the item I need, to check stock, as they are one of the few chemists that stock my specific contact lenses solution. The ladies there, are always so welcoming, friendly and polite.

The Staff here are absolutely lovely, I moved here about 3 years ago and will not go to another chemist, they are so helpful and very understanding of any situation you may be going through, they do go above and beyond what is required from them, they don’t get payed extra for checking in on you and treating you so welcome almost like a friend but they do it anyway. I would be so shocked to hear someone have a bad experience here. I could not recommend a better pharmacy or speak more highly of them.😊

I have always received top quality service from all the staff. They always treat you as an individual and interact with you on a personal level by saying hi (name) and bye. They are constantly sourcing the best products to suit your needs and if They don't have the item they will get it by next day if not same day.

Best chemist around. Very rarely do I go anywhere else. They always price match if I do find a product cheaper.

Fantastic location easy access next to Coles and Medical Centre, MacDonald's, Subway, Sushi etc. Very friendly staff even when they are busy, they know your name if you are a regular customer. Ormeau is awesome.

Maybe the staff should make sure things are done properly, not give a person their prescriptions then ask for them back because they aren’t due till the next day, the customers wouldn’t get frustrated. Just some feedback that might be helpful.

Until chemist warehouse opened this chemist has been ripping off the community! Worst service ever!!!
