Hi Everyone,
Unhappy, unsatisfied and very upset costumer.
I Just like to share my experience with everyone. I know Reece won’t be happy and agreed about how they treat me at Reece store at Yatala/QLD
I purchased 50 lt hot water tank on 11th June. Because my plan changed, I couldn’t use it.
I had to returned back to them this morning ( 17 June ) as a unopened box.
First, he mentions 20% or 30% will charge as a return item.
When he was doing return paperwork he called someone and he said, cut will be 15% of my invoice as a RHEEM RETURN POLICY? Not REECE?
On my cash refund receipt, they charge me handling fee $98.35.
Is this correct? and fare?
