Coles Mount Ommaney

One of my favourite Coles stores. It's spacious, clean & modern. Always a well stocked fresh produce selection & a great bakery. There's usually no waiting at the self check outs & staff are helpful without being intrusive

Pauline at the self-serve registers just went above and beyond for me when I realised my card was not in my wallet. I was a little embarrassed and really want to repay her for coming straight to my aid when I was just going to leave and come back tomorrow.

I have been coming to this store for 10 years plus, it has always had good long term staff that are ready to help out but this was exceptionally kind. My kids say she is "the best person to work at Coles in the world".

Some good organic fresh produce. New larger self-service checkout area. Get through quickly even during busy periods.

Car park cleaner than others shopping centre I've been visited.

Small store but it still carries a descent sekection of products. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendy.

Great service tonight from the young lady working in the self checkout area. Tegham, was very helpful, had a smile and made good conversation and was very professional in helping when the scanner was playing up. It’s a positive change from bad service at other coles sites.

Very clean store with a good variety in supermarket groceries. Fresh food from the deli & meat department in-store as well as the bakery & fruit & vegetables. Plenty of room to shop without banging into shelves of displays & that have an aray of gift cards & quick service area too. Trolled are in good condition so it makes shopping a lot more pleasurable. Friendly happy staff the are happy to help with whatever glue needs maybe. It's great to be treated with respect & good old fashion customer service.

I have to commend how a dark-haired young lady who has served me a few times at the checkout for the way she handled a nasty situation today (March 30, 2020) at around 4pm today. To say it was awful would be an understatement - some 'dude' screamed the foulest abuse at her that cannot be committed to print . It seemed to reach the stage she did the best thing possible - walk way. You Coles staff have always been good people and I hope this young lady hasn't been shaken too much. Look forward to seeing her and her mates around at my next visit.

Always easy parking with lots spaces available.

Always busy but it's in a convenient enough location for a grab-and-go. Overall presentation of the store makes it easy to get your essentials in a quick and efficient manner.

My visit to the Mt Ommaney store today was lovely. Dallas was pleasant as were other staff members. I will not return to the Forest Lake store again however- on numerous occasions, the customer service has been atrocious. Good job Mt Ommaney.

great Coles, one of the biggest I've been to and has everything you could imagine. Staff are helpful and nice and even when the store is busy lines move quick and there are always plenty of staff working.

Wondeful, large store and usually always stocked up! Always fresh produce. Can always find a park on the top level as hardly anyone parks there. Friendly staff too!

Huge range of products easy to find and excellent customer service.

Dallas and another lady were so helpful and patient with me. I forgot my pin and got my credit card locked but they held on for me until I got it sorted with the bank and kept my groceries cold for me. Thanks.

Quick access from the parking. Friendly staff, especially a few elderly ladies. The butcher who is an old man kindly responded my questions.

Lovely bush Camp for a weekend.A shame the baby animals weren't available for the kiddies to see.Otherwise a wonderful Camp,with half gallon drums available for a fire to toast marshmallows and enjoy.Friendly staff.
