Staff are always friendly and helpful. The range of products is good and the veggies are plentiful. I always enjoy my visits and my purchases are packed in a suitable sized box. I go there regularly.

Lots of great quality fresh food selection. Big selection of dried and packaged, frozen foods. Friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful cafe. Heaps of parking out front always. I visited this store 1-2 times a day over my 2 week visit to Townsville. Highly recommend if you need fresh organics healthy options and a el good experience in your life.

Great selection of healthy food, clothing and cosmetics, staff are knowledgeable with their products. Great customer service, meals are healthy and wholesome, very delicious! Love coming here for breakfast 🥰 and coffee!

Great shop with hands down, the best customer service. Huge range of products and quality foods. Good Cafe serving healthy and organic food and drinks that can be eaten inside the shop. Sometimes they don't have the produce I'm looking for, but that's the trade off for eating seasonal organic food. I love it, go there often.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and nothing is a bother. If they don't have it, Matty and Luke will do their best to get it or help you find an equivalent. There is a wide range and variety of products. It's my one stop organic, natural, chemical free shop with cleaning products, top to toe baby and adult products including bamboo clothing, diy kits, salt lamps and they even have a cafe inside!

This place has some awesome vegan treats! It's not cheap, but definitely worth it. The shiitake mushroom jerky is a must to take out field.

This store has a really well stocked with a variety of organic and gluten free products and also have a customer rewards system.

I made a visit to this large and relaxing destination shop yesterday for the first time in absolutely AGES since they first opened.
OH!!! I was SO delighted and pleasantly surprised to see how very much this friendly and very helpful business has grown since that very early first visit!!
From the huge variety of fresh fruit and Vegies, to the large range of quality dairy items,to an exciting and large range of frozen meats,ready-to-use fruits and vegetables,and fully prepared meals, to the bulk Dry Goods, and the wall of tea/herb blends,to the amazingly versatile range of fabulous books ,to the delicious snack lines, and of course the Cafe area which serves the most scrumptious items to eat in or take home to enjoy.....(and anything else,of which there are plenty of lines,such as body products and baby lines,which I have not mentioned!!!!)
WELL DONE to all of the delightfully kind and helpful staff. I do hope that you continue to grow and access even more of these specialty products. What a delightful place to visit Family Organics has truly become. The ambience makes this one of the most enjoyable and friendly destinations in this city which has been my home for 36 years now,and it is not before time that we had such a helpful and exciting place to buy the very best products available!
I was very naughty yesterday,in that I spoilt myself with the most exquisitely delicious Chocolate-coated Freeze Died Whole Strawberries and other sweet treats which I certainly did not NEED!!!

So happy to find this big Organic store in TSV. They stock so many wonderful products and offer great sales each week. The staff are friendly and I love supporting a local family.

This place has all your organic, vegan, gluten free food needs covered. They have a large range of sustainable, ethical items. They also have a Cafe. The mushroom toastie is yum. Coffee was great too.

From each time that I have visited I have got this to say...

Great customer service from the older staff, The younger staff are not as friendly but still very helpful.

A lot of the time I want to be left to browse until I am up at the counter I feel that they talk far too much it's almost overbearing but I can not fault them for that.

Certainly worth going there to get your organic products, produce and meats. They also have a cafeteria where you can sit and relax over a cuppa. The staff are wonderful.

Absolutely one of the best shops in Townsville offering a great variety of goods, from diffusers to raw ingredients for all your creations. Family Life Organics is friendly and inviting. You can't stop in Townsville without paying them a visit. x Annie Clark.
