Bunnings Townsville

I would like to highlight the great customer experience I received from Teresa on a problem I had with a local service agent - Big Bill’s cleaning services on an issue I was having with my pressure cleaner. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Love Bunnings. Went for a warranty without an invoice coz I lost it and they sort out everything with the most basic information I could give them and solve the issue in no time. The coffee was actually good BTW.

My partner and I attended the paint section yesterday, where we were assisted by a lovely young man Ryan. His customer service was spectacular. We went in with no idea what we needed to paint out baby’s nursery but Ryan showed us the way! Thankyou Ryan :)

What ever projects you have this place has not let me down. There are 3 in Townsville so if you can't find what you are looking for you are looking in the wrong place.

Everything you could want....and more....what is a trip to Townsville... without visiting Bunnings?? Parking made easy and clean and tidy store.

ALL with a smile, and honestly a great sense of humour - all while retaining professionalism that we're positive your senior staff treasure!

Congratulations Bunnings for employing Maddy who works in kitchen special orders. She is so helpful and patient. She is a pro who helped design a great kitchen. Maddy is a keeper for sure 👍👍👍

It's a Bunnings, so you know what to expect. There seemed to be plenty of staff around. I really enjoy the cafe inside the building.

Always going to bunnings maybe once or twice a week. Just for a look sometimes. Floor service is really bad though. Always trying to find someone to help you out.

Get everything here. Big parking area. Reasonable price. They place pot, timber inside building. That's good, you won't get hot.

Easy to find things at reasonable prices. Friendly welcoming staff that were really nice to talk to. Definitely recommend for any DIY solution purchases!

Have found all interactions with staff has been positive. Staff have been obliging, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. And staff will find someone knowledgeable to help you out if they are stuck. However, I do find some customers "pushing their luck" a bit when it comes to the expectations/perceptions of service. Staff are there to help not be abused.
