Really nice sales staff, l recieved wonderful customer service from Sarah,very helpful with recliners, she gave me heaps of information on aftercare and types of fabrics,Thankyou.

Excellent after sales service. Our recliner handle had broken a month out of warranty & they gave me the replacement parts for free. They then showed me how to replace it. Easy 5 minute job. Thanks again Fantastic Furniture.

Me and my parents had a great experience here, there is an employee named Beck who was really nice and she helped us a lot in finding a good mattress!! She was overall incredibly kind and patient! Also fantastic furniture by itself is great too, it has a lot of variety and I love how there's a "build your own office chair" and "build your own sofa" and stuff like that, it's really unique and allows the customer to have their exact needs met!

Was helped by Paula B who was just wonderful, staff there were very helpful, loading bay guys also very helpful and gentle with loading furniture. Did have a hole in table when we got it home and unpacked which had obviously been there from warehouse but Paula kindly replaced it with some other stock available.

I bought a dinning set a little while ago, the lady that served me went above and beyond. I wanted a dinning table there and then and she made that happen. I can't fault the service or the products sold by them.

Frequently there was there 8/02/21 to purchase something and for the first time in all the times ive been it was very quiet but staff always helpful and happy so its good 👍👍

Good finds for affordable price. Bought small furniture for as low as 20 bucks. Quite a big range also, so you could grab a light, bed, couches, carpets and even bunk beds etc. Friendly staff and most furniture are delivered in Flatpack style so you can easily move with less hastle. We always have fun assembling the anyways.

Clean showroom. Friendly staff, that know their stuff. All I can stay that annoyed me was every 5 minutes or less, we had someone new ask if we needed anything.. don't know if that's a good or bad thing really!

Friendly staff and really the best place to buy furniture for your new home as they have bundles which include all essential home furniture from under $4,000 !! Now that's a bargain😀
