I have been coming to this JB Hi-Fi for years and it is always a pleasure to shop at. There is always no shortage of staff that are willing to help and can offer product alternatives and just generally ensure you get the very best for your money. They have always been upfront if they don't hold stock in store and will seek to find availability or order timeframes if they don't have it. Excellent job.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a power pack for an old laptop in February, and unfortunately, it didn't work. The staff were extremely helpful; first, they attempted to work out what went wrong and see if they could provide a better solution. In the end, they provided a full refund , true their customer service guarantee. They demonstrated exceptional customer service, great communication, and a genuine desire to help.

Excellent variety of goods. Friendly staff and helpful when you need questions answered. Decent and competitive prices. Highly recommend going in and having a chat before buying elsewhere to see if you can get a better deal!

I shopped at JB Hi Fi at Willows this evening... I rate the gaming manager Celeste there a SOLID 100%. she is so very pink and bright and colourful and cute and funky and fabulous. She listened to my young pre teen son and asked ask usbboth questions to make sure she was showing us things within my budget and that also met my sons wishes. I felt so respected as she treated my son and I both so very well. We were definitely in the right hands at that store with that staff member! Celeste has got what it takes to bring my loyalty over from another gaming shop which I have shopped at and been loyal to for over 15 years. What a fabulous human and a total credit to JB hifi. 5 stars really isn't even enough to give this vibrant, knowledgeable, respectful staff member!

I always make a point of going to JB Hi Fi at Willows, Townsville. I have previously had excellent service from this Store and today I received the same excellent Service. Michael in particular went above and beyond in doing all that he could to assist me in making an informed choice. His assistance continued even after I purchased when I came back later needing assistance with my device. Once again, I was very pleased with their service and I will continue to return when I next wish to seek advice and purchase. The team at this store really know thier stuff. I made an enquiry to purchase a small television for an outdoor entertainment area as I was expecting guests. The gentleman offered me a great deal on a television that was on clearance sale and I was very pleasantly surprised by the items functionality and basic features. The brand was TCL, a particular brand that I had not previously heard of and I must say it certainly is an amazing product for the price I paid for it. If you are in the market for a new television I recommend that you make contact with the team at JB hifi and consider the TCL brand for your next purchase. It's a very impressive product jam packed with all of the quality apps that you would expect from a premium alternative.

First visit on Friday was an investigation on desired product. We went away and thought about it and ce back on the Monday to buy. The young fellow who sold us the product gave us a very good price. The tablet is working just right for what I wanted.

Great place. Has a lot of electronics and games that you can look at. They pretty much always have a sale on.

Customer service is great and it had plenty of products in store when I was shopping there last.
