Bought a fridge/freezer in November and it has stopped working already. Even though I am entitled to full cash refund for full value of item according to consumer affairs Victoria, they are only offering store credit. They have been incredibly unhelpful (especially Steve), and I would never deal with them again, so store credit is completely unwanted. I have even spoken to people from other Betta Electrical stores, and they agree with me about this being completely wrong and unacceptable treatment, but unfortunately they cannot help as they are obviously not in control of other stores. Please DO NOT buy from this store!
