Bought a breville barista coffee machine, then saw all the reviews about this retailer and not shipping and got super worried. Called them the next day and asked about stock and they said they had it so there shouldn’t be any issue. Was still concerned as it was Black Friday sales and if they came around a few days later and said no stock then I’d miss sales from other retailers. Called again on Monday and lady called the warehouse to triple check for me with stock and said they will assign accordingly

Got tracking on Wednesday and received the machine on Friday night, all working great. Felt like a gamble and was pretty stressed about it the whole weekend but super glad it all worked out. Phone staff were all super helpful

Again but what a deal I just got leading into Christmas there are very limited Samsung, LG and no Sony PlayStation 5 products not only in Victoria but Australia wide. My other half needed a new television for Christmas and what a deal I just got. Joe in sales at Geelong road helped me from start to finish I got my hands on a Samsung QLED TELEVISION 2 days before Christmas and at the most unbelievable of prices. Thanks Joe. The whole process was seem less from service to holding the last one for me to ensuring i paid the best price. I’ll definitely be going back to Billy Guyatts sometime soon. Very impressed with their Customer Service and competitive prices. Ordered a new washing machine which we knew would be low stock or out of stock. They kept great communication as they discussed the status of the machine stock with the vendor and somehow managed to deliver our new machine within 4 days of ordering though the original quote was 2-3 weeks! Beyond that the delivery guys were great and also took away our old machine for free!

Excellent customer service as per usual. Good advice, better than price matched the on line prices. Family run business. Worth supporting as they really look after their customers. We bought two fridges and one large LCD and saved close to $1,500. Thanks guys.

Never heard of this store until I was searching for a fridge during 2019 Boxing Day sales period. Their price was far better than anyone else, offered FREE shipment (on a product like a fridge we are talking about minimum $75) and delivered it quickly within 2 business days.
Highly recommend them.

I ordered Samsung 75 inch tv on 12th Sep because it was cheapest place. However, after ordered, I found that I need to check the availability of product before order. I called them on 13th Monday. One of staff told me that it’s not available for another 7 weeks because Samsung Electric doesn’t have stock. I checked another place but it was same, but I found it one but it was much expensive than this place. However, I wanted to have tv faster even tho i need to spend more money. So I cancelled it and received money via credit card this morning 15th Wednesday and they were really kind. I wrote this because I saw someone wrote that they don’t care about you after paying but, as my experience, it was really great customer service. I will definitely use this company again if i will find any products available. Thanks. - Please check your products availability before order so you don’t get any troubles :)

My item was received damaged, which is going to happen from time to time. The customer service that followed was brilliant. I wasn't bounced around from person to person; I dealt with one agent, Marita, who handled the issue from start to finish and organised a replacement promptly, despite me being in a rural location. Marita was a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Billy Guyatts after this experience. Thanks for going the extra mile.

It was quite a while ago, but I bought a Sunbeam Coffee grinder from here because it was the cheapest in place in Australia bar none for this quality grinder. It was delivered by courier in days and hasn't missed a beat in years of use. Seeing other reviews I'm not sure if I was just lucky, but I have to say I was happy with the whole process.

My shopping experience was first rate. I had looked at the item online but needed it urgently so rang the store and the man I spoke to was excellent. He processed my order on the spot and had it shipped the same day. The price was the best and even though I live in Qld it was as if the store was just down the road. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Delivery was adjusted with the buyer. Calls made before arrival. Washer taken out of the box before brought in carefully. Set inside the space and made sure the unit was properly installed by turning it on and checking pipes. Great stuff. Best price. Thanks guys!

I bought an LG t.v. on black Friday for $2,583 when the big names were selling it for $2,800. Original price was $3200! Insane price but there was a catch. I was asked if I was ok with waiting 3 to 4 weeks for it. I was concerned but decided to wait. I personally thought it was worth waiting for, the price was unbeatable and delivery was free. T.v arrived within 10 days brand new in it's box safely delivered by awesome delivery drivers who take pride in customer service. Calling Billy Guyattes was always a breeze, the staff was awesome and super friendly to deal with. These guys may not be as big as those giants in the industry but they thrive like championships and I commend the team for their exceptional customer service. Barring all the negative reviews, I would definitely say I can trust Billy Guyatts from Brooklyn. Just take in to consideration that you may wait up to 4 weeks but these guys will always look after you. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

A great place to purchase Electrical appliances. Prices are excellent compared to other shops. Billy Guyatts is an Online Store and they deliver or you pick up. Purchased a Electric Blanket from this Company and it was $27.00 cheaper than anyone else. I know where I will go to next time I need any Electrical appliances. Before you buy go online to this Company and check their prices. I think you will definitely agree with these comments when you try them.

I use the Sunbeam vacuum bags all the time and have found them to be of the highest quality. Billy Guyatts had the best price including free shipping at the time I purchased. They shipped the order very quickly and I didn't have to wait a long time for the order to arrive.

Bought a Panasonic rice cooker from them, since they're one of the few shops that have the brand new model in stock! I didn't want to spend money on the Panasonic model that just got replaced!

The price was good, the transaction went smoothly, and delivery took 2 days (which is quick). AppliancesOnline took 8 days to deliver us a fan, so I suppose Billy was pretty darn quick.

Anyway, the rice cooker works really well. I'd buy from Billy Guyatts again.

Ordered online – best prices I could find on the net. Transaction was super fast with all the confirmations; delivery was shipped the next day; and delivered on the following, with parcel tracking and notifications. This is exactly how an online business should run.

Billy Guyatts were fantastic to deal with, i could speak to a real person who was across the details of my order. Also they took up with manufacturer a slight ding on the stove which doesn't effect operation, but made it not a "first" - not visible until removed from wrapping. The stove is fantastic - oven works like a dream and is great for baking bread - very even cooking. Stivetop is very spacious and solid griddles make it easy to move things around. Love my new stove and recommend it highly. (Got the gas top, electric oven version).

purchased summer fan, was not received any confirmation email at the beginning and hard to find someone to speak to, was bit worried about order. but have received my fan on time, all good.
