Negotiated a great price for a washing machine with delivery. Saleslady was so helpful, knowledgeable and competent and negotiated sourcing and price behind the scenes so I didn't have to fight with individual stores. Highly recommend.

Extremely friendly service by Lorraine. She definitely went above and beyond to help me choose a suitable vacuum cleaner, she even ended up carrying it to the car for me. Such a lovely lady and the new store layout looks amazing too. We will be renovating our kitchen soon and I'll be returning to purchase a Smeg oven and Induction Cooktop. The prices were very reasonable. We have bought heaps from here in the past too. You can't beat the prices and they look after you too when you're a return customer. Keep up the good work guys 👏

Delivery was quick and easy. I got a call within a day or so to confirm delivery, and it arrived next business day. They installed my washing machine for me and were friendly and professional. No issues. :)

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a big ticket item purchase, either online or in store. Communication was really excellent, I wasn't left wondering about anything. Phone calls were answered promptly, by people who actually possessed communication skills and were both knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery day went like clockwork with a series of texts updating me for delivery time, and the delivery staff were so careful and precise with getting the fridge in and installed that I really wondered if there was a hidden camera somewhere. All round, this was a really excellent experience which I'll be happy to share as a recommendation to family and friends. Well done, really well done!

We were able to buy everything needed in one store for fantastic prices. There was no pressure from anyone, which was great.

Was very busy at work, phoned in the order and picked up. Goods in my hands and back on the road to work in under 5 mins. That's more than I can say for other retailers on the market. 10/10 would recommend.
