Totally Workwear Brooklyn

My partner and I came in late yesterday afternoon (7/10/23) with about 15 mins to go before closing. (We were held up an hour with pt delays). The two ladies on were absolute stars and so friendly even though it was last minute, and helped us get exactly what we needed. You have two amazing employees there TWW! Exceptional service from beginning to end. These ladies really know there products and are so helpful with sharing there knowledge, as someone who doesn't work in the industry I'm usually shopping for my partner and without a doubt I'm always pointed in the right direction and it's always made easy for me. The store looks great but mainly it's the service that keeps me coming back time and time again.

I've been coming to this store for over 6 years now and I love It! The store has always lots of options regarding style and sizes and the customer service is just amazing. People there have always been very friendly and even when they didn't have something in stock they got it in for me within a reasonable timeframe. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a great customer service and a great shopping experience.

You cannot fault the staff especially the store manager at totally workwear who goes above and beyond to help and make your shopping experience successful. I continue to come to totally workwear because of the service mainly, but also the quality of clothes and variety of items.
I went in with my son to purchase a pair of Blundstone boots they did not have his size Anthony store manager was polite and able to promptly organise a pair From one of the other stores and within 24 hours my son had his new boots.

Always come to get my workwear from here, have a great range and always what I need! The service I can never fault and always helpful but not over the top. I always recommend everyone to get their wearware needs from here. Thanks for a great service always!

Aslong as you don't get the young dark haired lady. You are guaranteed to get an awesome and memorable experience. But numerous items from store and always a pleasure

Brought a pair of bluesteel for myself as I work with horses & are in boots 13days a f/n. Waterproof them etc.. they blew out after 3months.
Called shop & replaced them for another brand. . Best service, no questions asked.
