I just had a phone conversation with Marcus from the Logan store. They were so busy and you could hear how hectic it was but that didn't stop Marcus from giving me the most incredible customer service ever and over the phone no less. Such a difficult medium to express happiness and willingness to help through and he absolutely nailed it. Super friendly staff that were very helpful in helping me look for what I wanted. Not only did I find the most softest and comfortable lounge, I received nearly $1000 off the price by purchasing a second item of my choosing... a Sherpa lined knitted throw (valued at $79 but discounted to $59)which will complement my brand new lounge.. We visited the Logan store last week and Mark was extremely helpful. We did not visit the store with intention to buy that very same day, we just wanted to browse around and see if something was suitable for our needs. Mark spent over an hour and half with us, he listened to our needs and recommended us exactly what we needed. I don’t think we would have been able to finalise the sofa without his expert opinion. He provided us with an absolute 5 star customer service. He is so passionate about what he does. I don’t think we would have bought our sofa from James Lane if it wasn’t Mark’s customer service. From going into the store and being helped by Melanie to the delivery boys the whole experience was 5 stars. Excellent customer service and ease of payment. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be buying from James Lane again.

We had such a great experience with the staff at the Logan store! Katrina served us originally and was so amazing. After that Mark looked after our order as we were delayed in being able to take delivery of our couch. Mark was so incredibly helpful and had outstanding customer service. Couldn’t recommend this store more!

Great range, fabulous service, store manager was super knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process.
Made an order for a few new pieces for the house , was informed it would be a 12 week wait which is fine. Can't wait for delivery day, will most likely add on to the order in the meantime 😁

Good range of quality products. We purchased a lovely L shape modular lounge, sales staff were very friends and helpful and didn't pressure us at all. Got a nice discount too. Recommended! Have afterpay and zip pay too.

Our sales assistant Amir was super helpful, especially went above and beyond when the product we wanted was out of stock and we left satisfied with the outcome. He was also very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us select the best one for us

Customer service was great. Although they were busy and held up by the register process the lady on Saturday 6th August was very pleasant and tried to keep us all engaged and knowing that she was aware we were waiting.

Such great service, we had Stacey who helped us pick what we needed and arrange getting it delivered the day we wanted. She was fantastic!
