I have used GlassFit twice now and recommended them to numerous friends. The process from start to finish is seamless with a very well-priced quality product delivered and installed by a recommended installer within days of ordering. Nicole is a tribute to the organisation offering great advice, excellent communication, and someone who goes above and beyond to look after the customer.

I recently contacted Nicole from Glassfit to purchase our pool fencing after she had come highly recommended from a good friend and I couldn't have been more happy with her service. Nicole came straight back to me with a design with multiple options for panel sizing and fixings, she also organised a great freight company at a very reasonable price to ship interstate.

Nicole from Glass fit was an amazing and guided us through all the information for our pool fence order. She had so much knowledge and was able to design our pool fence with our measurements. She answered all my questions without hesitation. She also helped us with some potential compliance issues and recommended we speak with our certifier. Which saved us a lot of $$ in the long run. Compared to all other companies I got very cheaper price to supply and Install. I must say "better check with GlassFit Australia which is located at 34 Access Ave Yatla, QLD" before you make a final decision to install a Pool Fence. Congratulations Jennifer and Ross for your excellent service. I think this is my first 5 star rating to any company.

We can't recommend Glassfit (Brisbane) highly enough. Kara and Nicole were fantastic during the ordering and scheduling phase of installing a new glass panel for our swimming pool. Michael provided excellent service with a smile when he delivered the glass panel and helped my husband install it. Amazing crew all around.

I was finding it difficult to get any supplier to call me back. After many phone calls, I called Glassfit and Nicole was outstanding with not only jumping straight onto my request for a quote, but the follow-up was awesome.

Just needed to share my experience with Nicole and GlassFit.
It has been a very stressfull time with husband having a stroke and Council knocking on my door about our pool fence. Glass Fit was recommended to me by a pool safety inspector, so that says alot about the company!! And I would like to say thank you to Nicole for her prompt customer service. Nicole was patient with me while she waited on the phone while I was trying to explain and take photos for her. She had the order organised the same day and I know she was busy. We have just had our pool built and during the process we have needed to get our pool fencing sorted. Glassfit and Nicole have been outstanding from the start. Not only have I learnt so much from her expertise but she has been extremely patient with our changing of our minds. Guiding us along the way, and explaining how they would affect the overall plan.

They did not make us feel stupid when we asked questions. They provided professional and expert advice. Helped organise installation. Every member of the team involved was incredibly professional and polite. It is nice to find genuinely honest people are still available to help you, because building a pool is not easy. Highly recommend!

Glass fit offer high end products and custom orders when required. They are our company of choice supplying most of our glass and hardware for the past 6 years. Ronnie is a pleasure to work with and will always try to accommodate us when schedules are changed due to the weather or sites not being accessible.

From my first inqury, through to delivery and install, Glassfit Australia were an absolute pleasure to do business with every step of the way. Would i use them again? Most definitely. Would i recommend them to family and friends? Yes, without hesitation. I got 3 quotes before ordering my pool fence. Glassfit Australia gave me the best (lowest) price. The product they installed is of very high quality and I am very happy with it. The people were really informative, highly skilled and professional. Total thumbs up from me for this company. If you live in the Brisbane/Gold Coast region and you need a pool fence you'd be crazy to use anyone else.

This company is amazing in their customer service, from quote to delivery, everyone was so helpful. We ordered glass and aluminium pool fencing delivered to Ormiston and the product and pricing was great.
Do yourself a favour if building a pool, give these guys a call!

Had a great experience with Ronnie and the team.
I made the mistake of buying a balustrade system from Bunnings which is made by Architects Choice. I was advised at the time it was a certified balustrade system and I could get the Form 15 for the design from the manufacturer - which it isn't and I couldn't. After a few emails to them I gave up and found these guys.
After a chat with Ronnie, I had the glass ordered (which was actually cheaper (and came with the certification required for the building approval!), it was delivered the next day and put right where I needed it.
I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a certified product with good service and reasonable pricing.
