Absolutely brilliant service from Jess who although works in the fridge section helped us out with warranty issues on a watch !
Lovely friendly service after a sales woman with attitude had us on edge !

I went there to return an unnamed faulty item (we won't get into that) I picked up from a different store a while ago. While dallying out of nerves, I enjoyed watching the colourful TV's, particularly how it showed the different sizes on the same TVs. From reaching the counter, everyone was delightful and helpful. While it took time, people were hard at work and solving my issue. I got the option to refund or replace, which was nice, and got money off for my replacement due to the unnamed product currently being onsale. The group vibe was addictive - I walked out of the store with a smile on my face and new unnamed product in hand. 5 stars.

Consider JB Hi-Fi the Direct Factory Outlet for electrical and entertainment! From shavers to sound systems, computers to comical figurines - you'll find what you want with miminal fuss and skilled smiling faces to thank for it, AND no shortage of comparable pricing. However, if department store layouts disarm you, it's best you research your product online before you venture in store, as the zealously sectioned layout might confuse you upon first entrance and you might have trouble finding stuff.

I just left this store after dealing with Dez who sold me a vacuum, she was so down to earth and happy to help and got to problem solving so quickly. Deserves a raise

I had a great experience at JB Erina yesterday, I unfortunately was experiencing issues with a microphone I had bought which was no longer functional. I was hoping for some sort of remedy as I was in need of a working microphone, and the staff I spoke to, both a young woman and young man who was a manager I believe, were fantastic. I presented my receipt and they quickly got to work to helping me, and thankfully I received an exchange and was able to go home with a working microphone that day. Super happy with the service I received and am always impressed with their range of products and good prices!
