Myer Erina

Great service from the staff here at Myers. So happy to see they have good customer service and I don't have to drive to Charlestown. The store itself is small and cramped feeling but well stocked. Review is mainly about the great staff who work here.

I found a couple of gifts for dear friends, beautiful sophisticated scraf featuring colours that she wears, and for the guy a select T, a young customer service girl helped out when i was trying to choose and I mentioned her Dad would be about the same age, she had a giggle advising to go with the funky one! Both friends are blond, so colours were perfect. Both ladjes who helped were awesome, thank you for the perfect customer experience with a smile. 🙏

I was so impressed with 2 lovely ladies in the ladies intimate wear department who went out of their way to help me. Their names are Caroline and Michelle. Thank you both so much for your kindness.

Thank you to the store manager Lisa for turning a very negative experience into a positive one. I purchased three clothing items yesterday from the Erina Fair store which where all damaged from the security tags. I messaged MYER on FB to advise what had happened and was devastated as I knew it was going to be unlikely I could find the same items again in the size I needed as they where on sale for a really good price. They said to go in store for a refund on the items and to expect a phone call to follow up. I took the items back in today and the First Lady I spoke to said there wasn’t anything they could do about the price and the item would just be written off. This was frustrating to hear as I really wanted the items but wasn’t happy that I was paying for what should be new and undamaged. So I spoke to the manager Lisa who without question gave me a further discount on one of the coats and managed to find another one of the other coats I had purchased which wasn’t as damaged but still somewhat marked. However I was happy to take it anyway as it wasn’t too bad. Shortly after I received a phone call from Lisa as she had received my feedback from the online team and she asked me to come back to the store to also give me a further reduction off the other coat also. Thank you so much Lisa for going over and above. You turned a negative experience around. I typically spend a good few hundred in this store almost every week and it was nice to be treated like I was really valued as a customer. It’s a rarity to find in retails these days and I really appreciate her time and service.

Thank you to Brooke who handled my complicated return and repurchase of 2 pairs of shoes easily. She was so helpful and made it soo easy for 2 confused elderly customers. You were so sweet Brooke. Thank you.

Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I just enjoy shopping at Myers, the selection of everything I need is great and the sales are well worth it

Myer mens department Gary and Riley THANKYOU for styling my teenage son Friday afternoon. He looks and feels absolutely amazing. Gary and Riley asked and listened to what my son liked. Fashion is a personal thing and they are both obviously well trained and their customer service was outstanding. They were mindful of cost as well. Highly recommend for good old fashion department store service

Great time of year - holidays with sales. Myer staff were friendly when my husband returned a wrongly sized pair of shorts. They accepted a photo of the sales docket. Very much appreciated.

Sales person was very helpful with my purchase of perfume and showing me other ones i would also like if i couldn't get my favourite. Happy with my purchases.

Myers come a long way over the years still have a lot more work to do but looking good.

I had wonderful service at Myers Review Erina from a lovely lady Jane Weber Jan 1 & Melanie @ Broadway Jan 2. I purchased a dress I love 'Tequila Sunrise ( what a glorious name) but retrying it, I decided it was a little big, I needed a smaller size. Altho the size was not available to exchange at Erina, Jane was able to find me a Sydney store which had the size required, which I have now ordered to be mailed to me from Melanie at Myers Review Broadway. A very grateful thankyou to both ladies.

I was served by Cathy at 1045 at the Erina store today and had fantastic service.Cathy was polite and wrapped my breakables very carefully.Cathy also took the time to explain the positives of having a Myer1 card. Cathy is an asset to Myers and in my opinion deserves recognition.Thankyou Cathy
