My first time in the store was a pleasant one. I was served by Jason and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Had solid knowledge not only about the product I was looking for (Hennessy) but other similar products. Bains carries hard to find products you can’t find in other stores. The products I purchased were also cheaper than competitors. Thanks to Jason I won’t be shopping anywhere else but Bains. Can’t recommend it enough.

Super happy with the service they provided, they were friendly, quick to respond and went above what was asked. Much appreciated and would highly recommend.

THE BEST. They had limited edition bottles that I couldn’t find anywhere else, no other bottleshop had them, even Grey Goose themselves sold out…. To top it off they were very well-priced AND literally had same day delivery even though I ordered in the afternoon. Thanks Jason! (I think that was the name)
