Have brought the majority of our suitcases and travel accessories here for the past 6 or so years. The quality and service has never let us down. Recently we had a warranty claim and Kate went above and beyond as the item was purchased in 2018 and I couldn’t locate the receipt. She worked through the time period that we brought the case, found the original receipt and logged the item for warranty repair. Exceptional effort and very much appreciated. Also ensured we will only every buy from here in the future also. Many thanks Kate

I had ordered online and received the wrong bag, but luckily was in west end and discovered the shop front was just around the corner. The friendly front counter staff sorted me out quickly and were very apologetic, I didn't mind at all because it was so easy!
Many times I have had this same mistake happen from other retailers, with a return process that was difficult and time consuming. To have such an easy, quick and friendly process with great customer service was highly appreciated.
I also had a look around in store and found prices excellent for their quality range of travel bags, kids backpacks, and lots more. I wish I'd known they were so easy to get to, I would have shopped here first and not online.
Highly recommended because great friendly service is very rare these days!

Great Service and good pricing and huge range of luggage..

Huge range of luggage, backpacks, soft & hard cases and travel accessories. Samsonite, Antler, Tosca, Pacsafe, among others. Pricing better than most Shopping Centre shops and even online only shops. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff considering we visited on Sunday afternoon. Got an awesome deal on a Samsonite case.

The two ladies were very friendly and I bought a suitcase here that I loved.

My dad bought a 3 piece suitcase set here for me when I was 18 for my very first trip abroad.
They lasted til recently which is 10 years later and I put them through the runner. Dragged through ice, mud, snow… filled to the brim and used for many many overseas trips and long flights/travels. The set wasn’t very expensive either… maybe $150/200 back then. Only recently realized it’s been 10 years and was so pleasantly surprised on the quality! We will be returning here to buy my dad a new set for his upcoming trip!

Highly, highly recommend Bags To Go! Their service, especially their delivery service, is incredibly prompt. I ordered a suitcase one day and it arrived the next (I’m based in Brisbane Metro area). The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a really great bag shop, I hope it doesn't close. I bought a suitcase here 10 years ago and it's still going strong despite a beating by baggage handlers. Today i bought a back pack which i have hunted around around Brisbane without success. They had 100+ to pick from. Good service, good prices and a wide range.

I went into this store on Friday to buy a back pack. The service both the ladies gave we was amazing- second to none and the range of products they have surpassed anything I imagined.
It’s such a shame we are losing another great business in Brisbane because of Covid. The prices they have on their stock are great too. Another closing down sale worth a visit.
