Honestly really amazed by the humble & knowledgeable staff members.. Leaving the store with my purchase isn’t the reason for the 5 stars. The reason was when I entered a noticed a staff member assisting a young male who seemed to be just getting started with this fitness goals. The staff member went out of his way not to enforce a sale, but to educate the customer on different types of supplement & their purpose. After educating the customer he outlined the supplement he’ll need in order to progress to his fitness goals and then outlines other supplement that he may need in the future.

Good to see a supplement store that genuinely cares about your fitness goals rather then a opportunity to reel you into unnecessary purchases.

I have recently purchased Yemeni honey from Supplement Wholesalers for the first time- the product unfortunately arrived damaged due to potentially poor handling from Auspost. Without any delay, Supplement Wholesalers contacted to offer redelivery and also provided option to switch to a similar product with better casing for delivery.
