LUSH Cosmetics Highpoint

Someone give Sauran a raise. Absolutely marvellous bloke. I came in a week or so ago for a present for my partner and he was no less than amazing. I come here regularly for gift purchases but haven’t had an experience so well guided until now.

My partner opened her birthday presents this morning and was thrilled to see the items of choice and I couldn’t be more thankful for Saurans help. If you’re reading this you’re a king mate!

Today Paul at the Highpoint location went out of their way to be lovely and so helpful when picking out the perfect holiday present for a 16 year old. In my experience at Lush stores around the world, I have encountered too many pushy employees— Paul is proof that your customers will return when you are interested in making sure they buy something they love instead of just trying to make a sale. For real, Paul deserves a raise, what an absolute angel! Will happily be back if Paul is the one I’m dealing with. :)

Never really give reviews but just want to commend the staff on being extremely helpful, bubbly, patient and cheerful especially being 2 days out from Christmas. The place was hectic but each member took the time to help, not just me, but all customers in the store. Really helped taking the pressure off a dopey dad buying wife presents. Plus the products are amazing

So i just went into this store and received the best customer service from Jessie! She was absolutely fantastic and gave my partner and I some great hair advice. She went above and beyond and we really appreciated it. Will absolutely be shopping here again soon. Great work Lush ♥

The Lush Highpoint store is a haven of good smells, ethical products and exceptional customer service!

Dropped in for a few extra gifts, and was expertly guided by a wonderful sales assistant by the name of Alex. She had detailed knowledge of every product on the shelves, and made the whole shopping process a delight.

This kind of customer service is becoming rarer by the day, and it should be highly valued by her employer and management.

Came in having a very basic idea what I wanted and not expecting much help with the Christmas shopping rush, but I still had a one on one experience with a girl working here and a very kind and genuine interaction with the cashier - was a very different experience from what I'm used to shopping and the absolute comfort and convenience I felt was unlike anything for a while. Amazing job to the staff and thank you to the company who really cares about its customers as well as the planet ❤

I wish I got his name! But I came in last Friday and the staff that helped me was so lovely. He was super helpful and put a little bath bomb display to keep my 3yo entertained while I quickly had a look around.

The other lady working was also lovely!

Overall such a great experience, and when we checked out he also gave my son a separate bag to hold so we had matching bags.

The absolute sweetest employees that helped me find shampoo and conditioner bars for my hair type for travel! Not only did they help me chose everything out, they gave me some amazing tips and tricks for storage and usage. Will 100% be back, thank you girls!

I work in retail myself and I find outside of work I can be quite introverted. Jamie and Alex instantly welcomed and were so sweet and warm. I said I was feeling a little socially awkward. They said if I needed anything all I needed was to ask. I went and found a cute body mist. While I was waiting in line kat reassured me that it wouldn’t take too long and we had a nice lil convo.

I shop at this lush about once a month and have always had a great experience. The workers are friendly and very helpful. They always know exactly what I need and throw in a few free samples along the way. I recently had a lovely lush employee, Georgia, help me find the perfect skin care routine and soap.

Products are awesome, staff are amazing. Jamie in highpoint store explained about products very well with alot of patience and beautiful smile. Such an amazing customer service.

The staff here are just so amazing, anytime you want to feel uplifted just walk into the Highpoint store.

I had been sent the wrong body mist from lush’s online store. The customer service team told me to go into the closest store to swap it over. I call high points store to see if they had my body must in stock. A lovely lady Jessie on the other end answered and helped me out. I ended up going in store the same day and Jessie and her co worker (I didn’t get her name) this was Saturday the 19th of November. I don’t think I’ve ever received such good customer service from both ladies. Not only did she give me my body mist but she allowed me to take home a shower gel and bath bomb for having the wrong order sent and such inconvenience. I wasn’t fussed going in to swap it over it didn’t bother me but Jessie and her co worker were so amazing and made my day so much better with their bright bubbly personality’s and their endeavour to help out their customers and take care of them in the best possible way!
