Just spent 2 hours in the Ivory store at Highpoint west and cannot tell you how lovely the ladies were. Yes there was probably too much on the racks but other that and not having a hook in one of the change rooms we had a lovely experience. Our daughters got what they needed really good. Maybe a little bit of patience might be good it is a very busy store. Thanks

The store is extremely cluttered with too much stock, and there are too many items on the racks, so it's difficult to search through the racks as they are packed tight.

I found the store assistant at the fitting room to be rude after she abruptly told myself and others that the line for the fitting room is around the corner infront of a mirror and not in front of the opening of the fitting room like a normal store "the line is over there OK". Very bizarre and odd setup.

On my way out I then seen something that caught my eye on the unwanted rack in the fitting room and I tried to look at it but it too was jammed packed and it obviously exceeded the weight so it slightly fell back on this rude assistant as I held it up along with her and she made the biggest scene grunting and sighing, I couldn't believe it.

Also, false advertising of a sale as this was on Black Friday. The store had 20% off store wide. However, when I purchased a dress, it was the same price on the dress, which had a single sticker. I questioned it the assistant who said this is the new price. All their items had one sticker and the word sale on it. There is no way they stickered 1000's of items for one day, and then they are going to resticker them all again tomorrow or after the 'sale'. I guarantee if I buy this dress next week it will be the same price.

They don't offer refunds, but you have 7 days to return an item for store credit, which I'd valid for 6 months.

Hey, so sorry but your music is wayyy too loud. The shop has good selection of nice dresses but we can't stay for long because of the music!!! And the fitting room is really messy and small.

The dresses were good and everything but the customer service was horrendous. I’m not sure if they were in a bad mood but there was more than two hours left till the closing hours and we were staying in the change room for about less than an hour, and the dresses were not cheap so I found it uncomfortable when the staff told us to leave the change room because we were taking ‘too long’. We were trying to find a suitable dress and you know how hard it is. The customer service wasn’t the best at all. I ended up still buying the dress but I couldn’t just leave this alone bc not only one staff but basically all of them gave us side eyes and wasn’t polite at all when apparently we took too long. It wasn’t that we weren’t polite we said sorry, but I regret it now because right after that they ignored our apology and was like ‘ oh you finally found your dress huh!’ The actual response from them really made me uncomfortable.

Again, same as everyone else. They have nice clothing but the customer service is horrendous. Rude staff - especially the male manager. My partner was looking at clothing with me on the floor and waited out the front of the changerooms and was asked to leave the store. If it is a female only change room that's fine, but the male worker is in and out constantly, and I have had on occasion him opening the change room door (at the Eastland store). You have to ask yourself why they closed so suddenly at Eastland - after years of complaints regarding harassment from said male manager.

Agree with everyone else, the service here is shocking. Visited today with my 5 month old and had to race her out when the music came on abruptly and so insanely loud. Checked on my phone and says it was 84dB! When we asked if they could turn it down slightly so we could continue shopping they just said sorry no. I’m not convinced they could actually hear us! And seeing as we were the only people in the shop I’m surprised they weren’t more helpful.

Piles of dresses literally on the floor, music so loud my ears are still ringing, spent 20 minutes picking out things only to be told the changing rooms were closed despite being 45 minutes before closing. Won’t bother returning.

Absolutely horrific service. Rude and do not know how to do their job. They forgot to take the security tag off my skirt and it is an inconvenience that I have to waste my time and money on petrol to go back and fix this mistake. Highly disappointed by the workers!

I wasn’t happy with the Boss the music were too loud the Girls were vary helpful, they asked me to make a compline I did ask him to low the music he said u can leave in rude way, I was going to buy a dress for my daughter I did not and I told the lady who works there I’m not buying the dress because your boss is so rude👎

Very rude staff . Specially the guy working in that shop . This guy is very rude . I was looking for dresses and he came to me and asked “ have you bought something “ very rude . They have got good dresses but with rude costumer service.

I had the worst experience shopping here. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. The customer service was the worst part, I was spoken to very rudely. My whole mode got ruined because of my shopping experience here.
