Bouncy Giggles Jumping Castles

We used Bouncy Giggles for our little ones second birthday. Jason and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The prices are so extremely reasonable for the service received! The castle was clean and immaculate. Could not be more happy 😃

The team from Bouncy Giggles were so wonderful to deal with. Our group of 90 children thoroughly enjoyed the bouncy castle and electric ride on animals. Excellent communication, so cost effective and a smooth bump in and bump out. Would highly recommend.

The Bouncy Castle was a highlight for my Grandsons 2nd birthday and all my grandchildren enjoyed playing on it. The set up and pack up was very quick and they were just wonderful. I never have to look else where for lots of fun and great customer service 10⭐

The customer service was amazing.
The staff would call and suggest other similar castles if one was unavailable.

Updates on pick ups and drop offs.
The set up was super professional…extra matting and floor mats brought along which I had never had with other companies.
The blower was wayyyy quieter than other places which is awesome to not annoy Neighbour's. And didn’t over power with noise during the birthday party.
And the price was amazing!!!
And the amount of time we had the castle was the best.

When the restrictions did not change during my girl's first birthday, we had to cancel most the stuff we ordered and organised, but we continued to hire the bouncing castle and it was the best thing we did. My daughter and her friends had the best time, they enjoyed so much the bouncing castle. It was full of excitement, safe and clean. And communicating with the owner Jason, was easy and he was efficient and friendly. I will totally recommend this one and definitely hire again in our future parties!

Jason and the team were excellent. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and they had a lot of fun on the jumping castles. It was a pleasure dealing with Bouncy Giggles who were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We look forward to having them again the next time we have a family get together.

This is the second time I hire a jumping castle from this company. They have never failed me. Their service is always great and punctual. Each and every kid comes out of the jumping castle with a giggle and a smile.

Our hire of the Ninja bouncy castle and slide from Jason n Josh brought laffs n fun to our neighbourhood all Easter weekend long.
Great friendly set up and set down service from Josh , a quiet air pump and Wa La lots of adults turned into kids and kids had a place to play n be kids again without technology.

Jason and the team were amazing. I wasn’t sure they’d be able to get the jumping castle to our backyard and they said they would roll up higher and narrower to make the access work.
