Kaboom Confetti

We ordered from this company mid afternoon, received an email a couple of hours later saying our order had been packed and booked with a courier.
After several days and the parcel hadn't arrived we emailed them and they jumped onto the courier attempting to track parcel down. I was alittle stressed because our event the next day but come the day of the event and still no sign from the courier a simple email to Kaboom Confetti and they repacked the order and got one of there staff to personally get in the car and hand deliver our order. Well before our event! So whilst the courier caused issues - Kaboom Confetti went out of their way to get everything sorted.
When the courier did deliver the parcel after the event Kaboom confetti organized for everything to be returned. Rate Kaboom Confetti 5 stars courier company 0 stars.

Very high quality confetti cannons as they're handmade. My sister loved it for her gender reveal party! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Just excellent

Be careful from this seller. They have a very ambiguous checkout method. Avoid your self the hassle and look elsewhere. I was looking on the website and wanted to place an order. I proceeded to check out and they provided me with BSB and Acc to finalise payment. Found that weird so I left the website. Few weeks later I have a very angry seller accusing me of not paying my invoice? Nothing makes sense.

I had such a bad experience with the products from this company. It ruined the surprise of our gender reveal even if we called in advance asking to make sure to don't have any indication of what the gender was going to be until we pop the confetti. Instead, as soon as we open the box all the confetti were wrapped in a pink elastic band. We email them and they say they are colored pink so you can see them on the grass (it seemed a silly excuse because you could use any other colors but blue or pink) The day after we grabbed the confetti again to move them to another room and we noticed that there was pink confetti on the top inside the seal (see picture attached) At the point we knew before doing the reveal with the family that we were having a girl. We email them after the reveal telling them the quality of their product and they have gone silent. Very disappointed and upset for ruining our first gender reveal. I cannot recommend less their confetti!
