Coles Aspley

Big shout out to Theresa who works in the deli. While shopping today I asked if they had any Ham Steaks and I was told no but Theresa asked me if I liked the look of the Virginian Ham on display that she would cut me some from the roll which she happily did. Now that is what I call customer service. Five stars for Theresa.

Awesome range of food and great staff, especially Jack who went out of his way to help us with bags of ice. What a legend!

I want to express my gratitude to Kyron an employee from you branch.

He really represented the brand while he helped me to the car with my bags. I was in such pain and couldn’t walk that well.

He was so kind and sweet and it’s a pleasure to see this behaviour displayed at your branch.

Amazing Coles! Wide isles, large selection, & clean store. Only downside is hypermarket parking poorly designed. I enjoy doing my weekly shop there and am always looked after by Maria on checkouts, she’s so friendly to her customers and colleagues.

This is the only coles I will visit because of one key factor and his name is Christian (biceps). This man not only provides the utmost quality customer service but he does it with a smile on his handsome face. I once saw him bench press a suzuki swift to save someone from a burning car. Because of this true god amongst men I will only shop here and I truly believe that Christian has improved my quality of life 10 fold. I hope both sides of this man’s pillows are always cold and I hope the manager sees this and gives him a big raise.

This is the best presented Coles store I have ever been in. Not my local, just stopped in while visiting the Plant Nursery and was so impressed with the cleanliness, presentation and smiling staff I felt the need to share. Not often a grocery store puts a smile on your face. Great job !

I like this Coles because it is giant which means it never feels crowded as it has so much floor space. It's well stocked also.

I was looking for a particular item and I asked a dude dressed in Coles uniform for advice.
He was happy to help me even though I later learned he had finished work and was doing his own personal shopping... thanks mate, that's true professionalism in customer service!

Awesome staff, not a fan of the changes going on in reducing the store. Shame on those who complained about the online shopping, if you didn't feel comfortable shopping there move on down the road. It will be the same people who complained about the online shopping, next will be complaining about the rearranging of the shelves and aisles. Coles should have stayed strong and politely asked those who complained there are more stores close by.

Our go to grocery store. We have found their fruit and veg is Always fresher and lasts longer in the fridge than other stores. Staff are always friendly and willing to help where they can.

Very helpful and friendly Staff, clear and wide aisles, very easy to move around in my Wheelchair, but there was no Scooters to hire. The Shopping Centres that have them are becoming less.

Coles Aspley is amazing! Thank you for organising the 7 - 8 a.m. special shop for the more vulnerable. It is a great help as we all go into this unknown new world. The staff were so professional this morning but happy and pleasant at the same time! Great work Team Coles Apley!

The Hypermarket is a Supermarket Lover's dream & the Coles is easily the biggest on the Northside, probably all of Brisbane.

Congratulations and a HUGE Thank You to Melvin (Produce Manager) for going over and above with his efforts regarding our bulk order of flowers for our Nudgee College Y12 Mother/Son lunch. You were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble in achieving such a perfect end result for our special day. Thanks Melvin!! You're the best.

This is one of the largest Coles supermarkets I've seen. The history of the store is interesting it started in the 80s as a pick n pay which is a South African company . The concept was to merge a store like a Kmart with a grocery supermarket like Coles and the result was pick n pay. I believe Coles Myer purchases the brand or licence in Australia and it was later rebranded as a Coles subsequent to that.
