Fast delivery, the staff is incredibly supportive and friendly. I highly recommend them. I was stressed about my parcel arriving on time for my sparring session, but it did come on time with the best quality product.

I met Steph at the Fitness Expo in Sydney last year. She was very easy going and she told me that she can do the full fit out for my boutique gym studio (from flooring to machines to wall attachment - everything my gym may need). The quality of the Arrow equipment is solid and looks amazing. I looked at many other companies to do fit outs for me but they just weren't anywhere close to what Southern Cross Fitness can offer - from service to equipment quality to pricing I don't see any companies that would beat them. Therefore I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to open any sized gym, I will definitely order from them again when I'm opening my second gym!

Carmen was looking after my quotes and she was always very helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed to change something - both her and Steph were always available and eager to help out. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and they made my first gym fit out as smooth as possible.

I purchased a few things from SCF over the last couple of years, since I've lived in the area. I have a small home gym in my garage but I use it a lot. Generally, I found their prices to be competitive and in-store service to be good.

However, I decided to write this review after I had an issue with one of the items I had purchased. The item was a little past advertised manufacturer warranty and I reached out to the shop. Kim and the team were very forthcoming and accommodating. Needless to say the issues were resolved and I found their whole team from the shop to the warehouse to be very supportive and helpful.

Everyone is going to be nice when they are selling you something but after-sale support and customer care is what separates the good businesses from the rest in my opinion, and these guys are 5 stars.This is why I would recommend SCF and will be shopping there again.

I live in a country town and find it hard to get in town to the gym . I built a shed and fitted it all out with equipment from Southern Cross Fitness. We purchased floor matting, heavy duty squat rack, bike, treadmill, barbells, weights, benches, box, ropes etc. The gear is top shelf!! The service from Sarah and the team has been exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough. The delivery and install service was fabulous as well, basically delivering all gear and making sure things like the treadmill were set up ready to go. Setting up a massive high quality home gym has done so many wonderful things for us and we cant thank Sarah and the team at Southern Cross Fitness Warners Bay enough !

Outstanding experience.
I live in Leichhardt. I bought the Nautilus E628 Elliptical online on Thursday. The price was as good or better than anything I could find anywhere else in Australia. It was delivered at lunch time Friday. I struggle putting IKEA furniture together but managed to put this together without too much swearing in few hours and I'm up and running Saturday. The unit itself is almost silent and I'm glad I spent a little extra to get this model. The fly wheel is pretty heavy and the unit is very stable. Time will tell how durable it is but I cannot fault anything at this stage. Thank you!

Excellent. Received my SCF Arrow X6 Commercial bench today. Despite Covid delays, I received my bench within 3 days and have assembled the flat pack - easily done with clear instructions provided. My experience is you get what you pay for. There are cheaper benches about, but the quality in this bench is professional gym level. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased a Nautilus U626 bike online at a great price from Southern Cross on the Wednesday. It was delivered to us in Sydney by 11am the next day. The progress of the delivery reported by email. Great service, very happy.

Sometimes things don't go perfectly to plan in business, but as a customer your respect for a business grows astronomically when they empathise, take ownership and then go above and beyond to address the issue. SCF did exactly that for me and I cannot say enough great things about the team, specifically Jordy and Alex. These guys shifted heaven, earth, not to mention my amazing new Matrix TF30 treadmill to put things right. The unit arrived today and was professionally installed by one of SCF's partners, John who could not have been more helpful. The treadmill is amazing, the price was extremely competitive and the lengths the team went to so as to make sure it arrived at my place made my mind up; any equipment I need going forwards will be ordered from SCF. Thank you Alex, Jordy and the team - you really delivered.

Great service from Southern Cross Fitness, huge showroom with helpful staff. As for the Boxing Reflex Bag I purchased. Great quality product and more importantly a great price. Same Item on Amazon was anywhere between $400 -$700 I paid no where near that. Highly recommend these guys

We recently decided to turn our garage into a gym and were about to make a large order online, but couldn't find one of the accessories for the power cage online.
Instead of just ordering the goods and trying to find the accessories at a later time, i decided to phone the store. I cannot commend Sarah enough for her help and the ease of the transaction. Not only did she sort out the accessories for me that werent available to order on the website, Sarah advised me of a weekend sale they were having which if i hadn't of phoned, i would have more than likely ended up paying full price as i didnt see the code required at the top of the website.
I have had plenty of experiences in the past where people have told me if i want a sale i have to go online and do it, but Sarah was more than willing to manually take my order and personally communicate through the payment side of things.
This was a 10/10 experience for me. Will definitely be purchasing more and recommending to others.

Highly recommend Southern X Fitness. We made a purchase just before Christmas and were very impressed with the high quality and competitive pricing. Steph even arranged for it to be delivered early so that it could be here in time for Christmas. Communication was great from start to finish. Will definately be purchasing more from here in the future.

I would rate 6 stars if I could! I was in search of set of adjustable dumbbells that wouldn't break after a few uses and the guys at Southern Cross Fitness gave me great advice and the result - I couldn't be happier. Spoke to a few of the staff and Sarah in particular was super friendly and professional. Package arrived in only a few days! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend this business. Costumer service is excellent. Sarah was happy to help and answer my questions with prompt replays to all my emails. In addition the delivery was super quick. I ordered the treadmill on 31/08 and it delivered to me in Melbourne today 03/09.

Good Afternoon All, I would love to take this opportunity in totally recommending Dan, Steph, Sara and the team at SCF for their outstanding customer service, attention to detail and extremely professional service. Yes, 2020 has been a very turbulent year for us all, however, I have always found this wonderful team go well and above the lengths of customer service that we all experience on a daily basis. It has taken a bit longer for some equipment to be delivered to them, however, this has not been their fault. I have bought a huge amount of equipment, both cardio, weight bearing and boxing equipment from them. They have kept me up to date constantly with expected delivery dates etc. I give them a HUGE recommendation. In addition, any of my own clients or friends that I have sent to see them have been more than extremely impressed with the same sentiments expressed to myself. Thank you Team SCF. I shall certainly be doing business with you in the future. They have been that Great, that they are now my only supplier.

My wife and I purchased a cross trainer elliptical recently the service and support is exceptional staff friendly, this a well run business which I would highly recommend. We have purchased other equipment over the years and always find them to be competitive in their pricing,

The team at Southern Cross Fitness are awesome! Jordy in particular has been super helpful as I build my home gym, providing great advice and is a pleasure to deal with. Not everything is in stock at time of purchase but that is more a reflection of the current climate and the team at SCF always try to give an idea of when stock will be in. I don't usually write reviews after purchasing any thing but felt obliged to after my experience, first off awesome customer service from Mathew, he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly,he recommended the best equipment for my needs without even trying to force a purchase, not only is the customer service one of the best ive ever experienced the equipment they sell is just as good , very high quality, great to see that there are still businesses that put their customers first!
