I purchased a firm queen size , sue was amazing through the whole process I initially put it on laybuy however due to a family tradgic accident in feb I totally forgot about it and ended up calling explaining my situation and she still allowed me to keep it on laybuy for a few more weeks and then paid the remainder the day of delivery , service and communication could not have been better however since receiving my mattress my husband has had to sleep in our daughters bed as the mattress is too hard for him and he gets sore hips and shoulder , I personally sleep on my back which the mattress is amazing for however if roll on my side I also wake with sore shoulder and hip I’ve been trying to contact sue for a few day to organise the swap due to it being in the 90days but I can’t get through I think she may have a new business number however overall it’s a great mattress and beautifully run company

I purchased two firm Mattresses from Sue, who was extremely helpful. One for my daughter and one for myself. Unfortunately I found my mattress to be too firm, so Sue swapped it for me to a medium which I found to be too soft.
I ended up getting a full refund on my mattress. The whole process was so easy.
Mattress in black was always on time, very helpful and always friendly. My daughter absolutely loves her firm mattress.
I also purchased two pillows from Sue and have found them to be the best pillows ever, that’s saying a lot from me as I have spent a fortune on pillows over the years. They even come with a five year warranty.
I would strongly recommend giving Mattresses in Black a go.

Sue and her team were wonderful from purchase to installation and go above and beyond. The Black Magic firm mattress suits my bad back as well as my partner who loves soft mattresses. So nice not to disturb each other when moving around. The Raven bed head has been fantastic for sitting up and our cats like to walk across. We adore the Black Angel Comfort pillows and their springiness. Such a genius idea and the cats love sleeping on them until we decide to gently bounce.

We’ve recommended them to our family and friends and would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Already planning to get another set for the spare room.

We purchased a queen sized Black Mattress Firm with a queen sized Black Box Lift Base and a Raven Bed Head and have been very happy with the purchase. We even got the Black Angel Spring Pillows, and what a difference they make! We sleep better and deeper, the cats adore it and, to my delight, moving around on the bed, whether to hop off or back in, doesn’t make the whole bed shake and move.
Overall I cannot recommend buying from Sue and her team more highly. Thank you!

I went to Mattresses in Black needing a new bed for my new place with only a week's notice. Not only did sue give me a fantastic deal she also was able to organise the delivery with short notice. The bed is really comfortable and I love it. Sue is fantastic just herself with how friendly and helpful she is. Delivery guy was exceptional as well. Both went above and beyond. For approx 12 months (probably longer) I had needed a new mattress, we're talking springs coming through the mattress kind of need. As I'm sure you can imagine my back has not been coping well with the state of my mattress. By the end I was actually waking up more tired than when I had gone to bed

It was recommended to me that I should give Mattresses in Black a try. With the understanding, of course, that it would most likely take up to 3 weeks before I would start feeling any relief with my back.

My mattress was delivered last wednesday. That night I didn't sleep the best (my back has to get used to the new mattress afterall). Friday morning, I woke up with no back pain for the first time in I dont know how long! But the best part is, Friday nights sleep was honestly the best I have had in forever. Normally I wake several times and I dont get fully rested. Instead I was rudely awoken on Saturday with a text message.

If the mattress can do that in less than a week I look forward to further progress!!

Mattresses in Black were extremely helpful especially through the COVID lockdown period. I initially purchased a FIRM mattress thinking that it would help with supporting my back. Unfortunately, it was not the right choice for me. MIB had no issues with swapping the mattress for a MEDIUM support after a full month had passed. Fantastic customer care.

Best bed I’ve ever had. I’m getting better sleep and my back pain and headaches have reduced. The bed head is so comfortable for sitting up while reading or watching TV and the storage base allows me to hide away heaps of things I can’t fit in my closet. The style and comfort is the most affordable anywhere.

I needed a new mattresses and choose Mattresses in Black because of price, ( it’s on par with my previous more expensive mattresses) Thinking they just ship it. than Sue called and ask if someone be home for the delivery. living in a home full of shift works. Sue took the extra step to delivery the mattresses went I was at home on the weekend.

Sue is so friendly and accommodating. Got a pillow from her and it is amazing! So comfy and easy to sleep with. Would recommend the company to anyone. So happy!
