The Modern Furniture Store

Amazing experience from start to finish by Molly and the entire team. We called to ask about a particular couch and ottoman that would suit our living room size and needs.

Both items were in stock in the warehouse and we went to see the two items in store the next day. Molly spent a lot of time with me to look at fabrics and different options and let me take a swatch home. We received a quote in store.

After consulting with everyone, I called in our order after a few days. They told us what to expect, including that “in stock” orders are picked from Brisbane each Thursday and then scheduled for delivery the week after. They even coordinated the referral to have the couch protected.

Everything went exactly as expected and the entire team from sales, logistics and delivery all exceeded expectations. The furniture was delivered in 2.5 weeks!

So UNEXPECTED during continued supply chain disruptions and some of the horror stories from our friends buying furniture with 16+ week delivery windows. Thank you to the team at The Modern in Camberwell. We will be back! We were wowed by the process from beginning to end.
