Petbarn Camberwell

I purchased some Ziwi cat food the other day! My cat really loves this food, well worth the extra money. I value my cat's health more then purchasing cat food with the fillers. I also had a very good customer service experience, with your staff taking the time to explain to me about the benefits of this cat food.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff… great to be offered discounts without asking or having to keep coupons!

How we love our outings to Petbarn Camberwell! The little lady loves to cruise the aisles sniffing for treats, and especially those peering out from bottom shelves. Of course, the Petbarn team believes in sharing happiness among their customers so it goes without saying that they are always on hand with kind words, a pat and some treats. And that's just for the pets! We, puppy parents, appreciate that the team are knowledgeable, keen to help and super friendly. Doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week you go there, the service is reliably good. The parking at Camberwell is also good.

Very nice staff, good products Greenies for dogs are keeping their teeth clean.

Friendly and happy employees. My order was ready quickly (click and collect). Even helped me carry it to my car, even though it was the end of the working day.

Had some great customer service from two team members today. Regardless of the result of their recommendation (nothing is fool-proof) I'm very grateful for the genuine care and interest they showed in my pooch related trouble. Your Monday staff are a credit to the company.

Exceptional assistance was provided by staff when I didn't see exactly what I intended to buy. The staff member rang around to find availability but in the end, I bought something in stock.

Store always clean and staff friendly and responsiveness. The only Petbarn store who has been stocking TuckerTime nearby. Unfortunate that stock will not be replenished any longer so wishing you all the best. Thanks for the great service.

Recently bought a puppy. Have no idea what I'm doing. The staff at Pet Barn Camberwell have been terrific with all their advice, guidance and expertise. Staff here are always helpful and friendly. Love the range of products. Large variety of brands to choose from. Love that there are many natural single source protein treat options for my fur babies

Great in store experience. Could only be made better by installing a kitty litter cannon that goes off spaying customers with litter that walk through the doors 🎉

Such friendly staff!! Really helpful. They don't always have the stock out onto the shelves very quickly so call before going if you have something specific in mind.
