Country Road - Camberwell

Mid morning , I went into the new store in Camberwell to look at some things I had seen online.
The store wasn’t particularly busy but it was the lady with red hair who was diligently putting things away and organising stock who stopped what she was doing and greeted me with a smile, asking if she could be of help. So refreshing!
She went out of her way to try to find what I was looking for, which wasn’t in the store and gave me some other things to try on for size, offering to get things in for me.
She was extremely polite and very helpful, even though I didn’t purchase anything at the time, I felt welcome.
Really appreciate a mature staff member who is interested in customer service, well mannered and professional, not standing around disinterested and talking to other staff.

I just had a great experience at Country Road Camberwell! The staff were amazing. As I was waiting in the queue to purchase some clothes for a few minutes only, one of the store assistants got on her head set to check which counter was free and then ushered me to that counter. Then the lady at the counter was very helpful and ordered a tee-shirt online as they had none left in the store. I love great customer service and thanks Camberwell Country Road I was impressed! I will definitely be coming back to Camberwell Country Road to shop in the future! :)

Love the Camberwell store and the staff never disappoint. Went for a specific item and came out with that plus a couple of other items. Sales assistant was extremely helpful, patient and courteous. A pleasing experience.

The woman in-store at CR Camberwell who helped me with a 'click and collect' item today was so lovely. My son had fallen asleep in the back of the car and she came out the front of the store to deliver it to my car. Great service.

I like the homewares range, easy to find your way around the store. Great location for public transport.
