I just want to share the fantastic customer service I received from a young lady at the Camberwell store a couple of weekends ago. I was looking to purchase a Wedgwood cup and saucer for my wife and could not be more pleased with the attentive service that I received. I wish all of my experiences with Retail assistants could be this good. I don’t know the young ladies name, but from memory she had a ribbon in her hair. Thank you to minimax for a great shopping experience! Also would be great if minimax would go to Chadstone. Would make my trip a lot easier as I am near that centre.

Good overall experience. Nice big store, with great selection of products. Found the product I wanted, staff were helpful. One staff member was particularly friendly talking with my young daughter and gave her a pink ribbon to take home.

What an amazing shop! So many beautiful things. I walk in looking for something for a present for a girlfriend and walk out with a dinner set, a purse and a present for my girlfriend. This place is so good it's dangerous! The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a present or a special piece for your home this is the place to go.

I could not wish for a nicer shopping experience than Minimax at Camberwell . The staff are delightful and have such a good product knowledge. I never feel rushed or pressured to purchase. Recently I visited the shop with my 20 month old grand daughter and they could have been more welcoming and interested in her. The Minimax sale is a genuine sale with huge discounts on many of their items . I cannot fault the store or the dedicated staff who work there .

I've been coming to Minimax for years and the service has always been excellent. Not sure about a particular product? Just ask and chances are one of the staff are using it at home and can tell you all about it. Excellent selection to choose from. No problems parking.

Wow now this was an absolute surprise, everything you could want for Christmas with amazing staff, gift wrapping and a variable of stock to suit from babies to men, women and everything you could possibly need at a one stop shop.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and they sell the best products. My favourite shop for everything kitchen plus they have beautiful homewards.

I have always had good service and one of the ladies who work there went out of her way to help my husband with a surprise anniversary gift for me so it's unfortunate that the other customers have had a bad experience.
