loved the new concept store. The layout was so different to any new balance I’ve been too before! Came in for some tennis shoes and Emily was amazing scanning my feet and helping me pick the perfect pair. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

We went there today, the service was great especially by Emily. . .My wife and I really did appreciate her genuine customer service.
We told her we had a few kids to find shoes for, she saw us looking at the "last Pairs" section and couldn't find much, so she told us that she was just about to stack a large box of last pairs on the shelf and she let us go through the box before stacking, after that she kept checking up on us to see if she can be of more assistance.

That was so kind of her & she didn't have to go that extra mile.

Staff wasn’t very helpful just stayed at the counter and there was two people at the counter. Miss foot locker when they where open at the same outlet. They with above and beyond.
